bio

Hello beautiful people! My name is Emily and I’ve been living nomadically for almost 10 years, staying only week, a month, or once in a while, a year in a single place. I earned my 200hr RYT in Rishikesh, India in 2022 and have been teaching yoga all over the world ever since. My greatest passions are exploration and adventure, spending time in nature, learning how to taking care of our minds and bodies, and helping others. I’ve curated this trip to encompass all the things I believe make for the best travel experiences: adventure, wellness, and culture!! Check out the itinerary and send me a message so we can get to know each other better!! 🫶🏽
