Cancellation policy

TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until January 2, 2024. If the departure is canceled out of your control, you will be alerted by this date and will receive a full refund.

In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.

Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.

Refunds for fully-paid trips
You may change or cancel your trip up until January 2, 2024 for a refund, excluding the deposit amount. After this time, no refunds will be given. You can change or cancel your trip in your TourHero account by clicking Your Trips.

Trip cancellation due to COVID-19
A full credit will be issued if the tour is canceled when there is full border closure due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. This credit can go towards booking a future TourHero tour (see our COVID-19 guarantee on the tour itinerary page). We suggest buying your own travel insurance for coverage of cancellations within 30 days of the tour commencing for reasons other than a full tour cancellation.

Upon arrival at SJO Airport, you'll be whisked away to the serene Pagoda Del Loto Azul retreat center. Settle in, breathe in the fresh tropical air, and enjoy some free time to get your bearings.

When the sun begins to set over the jungle treetops, meet the group for an evening yoga session, where you can stretch and center yourself after a day of travel. From here, join us for a warm welcome dinner, featuring the delicious flavors of the country. Savor every bite, relish every moment, and prepare for an epic adventure in the land of Pura Vida!

Day 2

Choose your own adventures in Uvita in between movement sessions

Dive into a day of boundless possibilities in the heart of Costa Rica's tranquil beauty. Kick-start your morning with an invigorating fitness session, followed by a nutritious breakfast. As the day unfolds, you're empowered to choose your own adventures – delve into new activities, or simply bask in leisure during free time. Our optional add-ons offer myriad experiences for those eager to learn and explore.

Realign your energies with an evening yoga session, and as dusk paints the sky, gather for a delightful dinner. Every moment is a choice, and every choice an adventure. Embrace the journey within and around you.

Fitness sessions and workshops anchor the day in beautiful Costa Rica

Awaken your senses and spirit in the verdant embrace of Costa Rica. Start your morning energized with a fitness session, setting the tone for a day filled with new experiences. After a hearty breakfast, explore at your own pace with free time, or dive into our curated optional activities. After a refreshing lunch, the afternoon promises yet more discovery.

Say goodbye to Costa Rica and hello to new adventures back home

On our final morning in tropical Uvita, awaken your senses with a dynamic Yoga Fit Fusion session, melding movement with mindfulness. After, savor a delicious breakfast as you soak in the serene surroundings one last time before checking out. Together, we'll journey to SJO Airport, carrying forward memories, lessons, and moments of wellness. While our Costa Rican adventure concludes, the journey of self-discovery and health continues.
