Cancellation policy
TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until November 15, 2023. If the departure is canceled out of your control, you will be alerted by November 15, 2023 and will receive a full refund.
In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.
Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refunds for fully-paid trips
You may change or cancel your trip by November 15, 2023 for a refund, excluding the deposit amount. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
Trip cancellation due to COVID-19

Day 1
Welcome to Costa Rica – travel to La Fortuna and get settled at your cozy jungle lodge
We’re so glad you’ve made the journey to beautiful Costa Rica, a country that truly boasts peace, relaxation, and chill vibes only. Upon arrival in San José, grab your bags and transfer to the small town of La Fortuna, home to the Arenal Volcano. As you get closer, you’ll be able to witness this massive structure in the distance, standing at a grand 5,480 feet tall. The fertile land is lush and full of incredible wildlife, so keep your eyes peeled along the ride! You’ll have ample time to get settled at your eco-lodge, where you can enjoy the pool and some free time to get settled.
Once we’ve all arrived, we’ll come together for the opening ceremony with Krystal The Goddess, then close out the night with a welcome dinner. This is a perfect opportunity to get to know your fellow retreaters, so grab a glass of your favorite beverage and toast to new memories with new friends. Cheers!
Day 2
Wake up with morning yoga, enjoy an array of workshops with Krystal The Goddess, and learn all about herbal medicine on your first full day in Costa Rica
Rise and shine to a beautiful morning in Costa Rica. We’ll start each day with a yoga session that will help us ground, center, and wake up the body for a stellar day of fun in La Fortuna. After breakfast, Krystal The Goddess will guide us through a Goddess Workshop before we’re off to an herbal medicine experience on the lodge grounds that will help us reconnect with the ancient wisdom of plants. Vero will teach us all about the practical and theoretical secrets of the alchemy of medicinal plants using herbs right from the farm. This hands-on workshop will even give you a sample to take home!
After the class, we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch then come together with Krystal The Goddess for a Chakra Workshop geared towards alignment and energy flow. From here, the afternoon is yours for the taking. Relax by the pool, book an excursion, or simply be one with nature in this jungle paradise.
When the sun sets, we’ll indulge in another local meal and close out the day with a game night to boost our camaraderie, community connection, and inner joy.
Day 3
Walk high above the rainforest floor and immerse yourself in nature’s wonder on the Místico Arenal Hanging Bridges
After breakfast, we’ll travel to the Místico Arenal Hanging Bridges and discover the wonderful secrets hidden in the forest on a guided tour. Walking high above the ground on suspended platforms, we’ll observe an array of wildlife and learn about the flora and fauna that call this tranquil respite home. Marvel at the biodiversity within the park and take all the pictures you can on this incredible exploration through the jungle. This experience will bring us closer to nature, helping us disconnect from daily stress and allow us to better connect with the natural world.
From here, we’ll head back to the lodge and close out the day with dinner and solidify all that you’ve experienced at a Healing Workshop with Krystal The Goddess.
Day 4
Fully relax your mind and body at the idyllic Paradise Hot Springs
It’s our last full day in Costa Rica, and we want to make sure you get the most out of your time here, which is why we have a stellar day of activities in store. After morning meditation and breakfast, we’ll participate in a Manifestation Workshop with Krystal The Goddess that will help us envision our desired lives and find the steps to create our new realities.
At the appropriate time, grab your swimsuit and get ready for some pampering because we’re spending our morning at the Paradise Hot Springs. Here, your only job is to rest and relax in the thermal baths. Energize your mind, body and soul in the naturally heated mineral waters, all thanks to the Arenal Volcano. Thermal spas have been known to relieve physical pain, reduce inflammation, and soothe sensitive skin – a perfect complement to our morning movement session. We’ll enjoy lunch on the grounds, then return to the lodge for a free afternoon in paradise.
After a day of growth, pampering, and fun, we’ll come together for a Goddess Gala Farewell Dinner, a time to reflect, connect, and share all that we’ve experienced during our time together. This is our last night here, so make it count!
Day 5
Say goodbye to Costa Rica and hello to a rejuvenated mind, body, and soul
It’s been so wonderful having you in Costa Rica to disconnect from responsibility and reconnect with yourself in nature. However, our time here is quickly coming to an end. We’ll enjoy one last meditation session and close out the retreat with one final ceremony. From here, we’ll fuel up with breakfast for our trip home. Once you say your goodbyes, take your transfer to the airport and catch your flight. We hope you had a memorable experience and will travel with us again soon!

Finca Luna Nueva Lodge
Finca Luna Nueva is located in the heart of the Costa Rican jungle, deemed a recreational paradise and a living classroom for all who visit. The lodge offers delicious ‘farm-to-table’ food, comfortable rooms/suites, and miles of hiking trails through rainforests, farmland, and herbal gardens. Enjoy the views of each from your chosen accommodation, all featuring private decks or wraparound porches. You’ll have everything you need for the perfect experience, including private bathrooms with hot water, linens and towels, and space to rest and relax.
