Welcome to Costa Rica! Find your new favorite dish during a hands-on cooking class with a local
We’re so thrilled to have you here in San Jose, the bustling capital city of Costa Rica! First up, there’s no better way to discover a country than through its cuisine, so we hope you’re ready to cook up a storm. Take your culinary skills to the next level and discover delicious Costa Rican cuisine during a fun hands-on cooking lesson! Bound to be filled with mouthwatering moments and plenty of laughter with your host, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity where you can take pointers from a true local. Learn about tasty ingredients used in Costa Rican dishes, discover unique household customs, use new cooking techniques, and prepare a delectable meal to savor alongside your new friends. Enjoy your wonderful welcome dinner before heading to your accommodation for a restful night.
Day 2
Ascend the mist-shrouded mountains and discover the Monteverde Cloud Forest on a twilight hike
Today, we travel northwest to the sprawling biological reserve of the magical Montverde Cloud Forest, where the vistas are incredible and the wild nature is unparalleled. Situated at an elevation of 1,534 meters, the lofty cloud forest here stretches over 10,500 hectares. A staggering 50 percent of Costa Rica’s biodiversity can be found here and you’ll have the chance to discover this incredibly unique ecosystem. This evening, we’ll set off on a twilight hike through the misty cloud forest, encountering native flora and fauna along the way. Step over branches covered in mosses and lichens, marvel at lush bromeliads and orchids, spot nocturnal wildlife through the trees, and share the trail with an abundance of amphibians and reptiles, of which 1,200 species live in the reserve!
Day 3
Zip through the jungle on a thrilling canopy tour
We hope you love heights! Today, you’ll be heading up to the treetops for an epic canopy tour that will guarantee a morning of heart-pounding moments. With the cloud forest as your playground, you’ll be riding down multiple ziplines, swinging Tarzan-style through the jungle, and rappelling 150 feet down to the forest floor. If you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of curious wildlife through the foliage, perhaps one of the many species of monkeys that live here or even a sloth! After your canopy tour, you’ll have the rest of the day free to spend however you please.
Day 4
Enjoy a free morning — spend it however you like!
Rise and shine! Today, we’ll be heading back to San Jose, but not before we give you a chance to enjoy your last morning in Monteverde. Explore the area at your leisure or sign up for some optional activities (see optional add-ons section below). You have plenty of options choose from — perhaps you’d like to cross the hanging bridges, try your hand at rappelling down a waterfall, or go bungee jumping! In the afternoon, we’ll say goodbye to the cloud forest and transfer you back to your accommodation in San Jose.
All aboard — enjoy an epic two-hour party bus tour in San Jose!
You’ll arrive back in San Jose in time to enjoy the evening to the fullest. Once the sun goes down, it’s time to get serious with the partying. Why hit the clubs when you can roll through San Jose and have your very own party on wheels? Get the music started, bring out the best drinks, and experience San Jose by night with an awesome party bus experience you’ll never forget.

Time to bid farewell to Costa Rica
How time flies! We hope you’ve enjoyed your time in Costa Rica. After checking out of your accommodation, make your way to the airport in time for your flight back home. Until next time — we hope to see you again soon!
