Costa Rica > Costa Rica Recharge: Spa, Surf, and Volcano Zen with Tracey

We’re heading to Costa Rica for a journey that’s equal parts spa retreat, beach escape, and jungle adventure. Travelers can look forward to hiking the legendary Arenal 1968 trail, where ancient lava flows and lush rainforest set the stage for incredible volcano views. There’s the thrill of ziplining over the La Fortuna Waterfall Canyon, plus a chance to connect with the Maleku people and learn about their vibrant traditions and artistry. After soaking in Paradise Hot Springs’ mineral-rich pools under the stars, we’ll switch gears to the laid-back surf town of Tamarindo. There, the days are filled with options: try a beginner surf lesson on the Pacific waves, unwind with a spa treatment inspired by local botanicals, join a yoga session by the beach, or explore the town’s colorful boutiques and galleries. Every moment is about recharging, exploring, and sharing unforgettable experiences with friends who love a good adventure.
