Be welcomed into our jungle sanctuary retreat with an opening circle to get to know each other and a visionary sound healing journey through the chakras led by Skylar and Honeybee! Call in your highest desires for this week-long retreat, and drop into the rhythm of Costa Rica.
Day 2
Earth Rhythm
Snorkeling Day in Marino Ballena National Park
Connect to the cycles of nature in the gorgeous Marino Ballena National Park on a snorkeling trip! Immerse yourself in the harmonious rhythms of the natural world as you explore areas where the azure waters gracefully merge with pristine sandy shores. As you delve into the vibrant underwater realm, embrace the transformative energy of the water's ebb and flow. Allow the gentle caress of the currents to invigorate your senses, cleansing both body and spirit, while fostering a profound sense of serenity and inner balance. This invigorating experience amidst nature's embrace serves as a powerful reminder of our interconnectedness with the Earth, as you harmonize your being with the ecosphere, igniting a profound sense of wellness and rejuvenation within your entire being.
Rhythm Workshop
Join Skylar & Honeybee for a rhythm workshop to ground into your true voice. We will move through embodiment practices like EFT tapping and learning how to create rhythm with our bodies, as well as breathwork and vocal activation. Create a safe form of expression for your voice and your body, through communication and vocal toning, and creatively discover your unique rhythms.
Day 3
Fire Rhythm
Sacred Sensuality Movement & Meditation
For the Element of Fire we will activate your Sacred Sensuality through the art of twerking, stomping, and dancing. You will feel liberated as you move emotions stored in your hips, sacrum and womb space. Feel your innate sensual powers as a woman. Your yoni is the portal to the next dimension, harness her power and honor her through this fun activating workout.
Cacao + Heartsong Circle
Drink up a cup of 100% pure ceremonial cacao from the jungles of Costa Rica brewed with love and prayer as we gather in a circle to open our voices in our heartsong circle. Cacao, a non-psychoactive natural heart-opener, will bring you into a blissful state of euphoria. Trust us, you just won’t be able to help but sing! Here you will also receive the official Rhythm of the Goddess song book, which comes with all the music we will be singing throughout the retreat! It also serves as a workbook and journal with reflective questions to ponder.
Womb Wisdom Lesson & Dance
Learn about the four lunar archetypes of your womb that every woman experiences monthly. As cyclical beings, we can experience the positive attributes of the lunar archetypes when we are in balance, or we can go through the shadows of burnout, shame, overgiving and madness. Skylar will teach you tools to recognize each phase of your womb cycle and create balance. Learn the goddesses and attributes associated with each archetype, and be led through a dance journey of all four phases to come into deeper connection with your womb cycles.
Fire Ritual
Harness the Element of Fire as we gather around and dance with the fire to revere this sacred Element. With the energies of the Goddess Kali Ma, we will burn away all that no longer serves. You will have the opportunity to write down what you are releasing that doesn’t align with your highest intentions for yourself and with your womb cycles, as we will have activated deeper remembrances within ourselves after awakening with the sacred sensuality and lunar archetypes dances.
Day 4
WATERFALL DAY: Water Rhythm
Ocean Yoga Flow & Breath
Awaken to a morning of Sacred Silence. Notice how the sound of silence will allow you to truly hear what your heart is speaking as you listen to the inner waters of your womb, the waters that give birth to life. You will learn Ujjayi Pranayama - also known as Ocean Breath.
Waterfall + Blue Clay Exploration
Experience the powers of the sacred waters of Costa Rica on this private tour of Rancho La Merced waterfall. At the waterfall we will relax, connect to the water, and have time for blue clay bodypainting with blue clay. The clay, carefully collected from the nearby river, holds ancient healing properties, and as you apply it to your skin, you will feel a profound connection to the land and its nurturing energies.
Authentic Relating Game Night
Let's drop into some sacred silliness as we engage in a fun authentic relating game night! Here you will be able to expand your communication ability while also creating a deeper sense of connection to the wild women around you.

Air Rhythm
Animal Sanctuary Tour
Pay a visit to the Villas Alturas animal sanctuary, a dedicated refuge committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for a diverse array of wildlife species. Here, you will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the tireless efforts undertaken to protect and rehabilitate animals, while gaining a deep understanding of the delicate balance between human beings and the natural world. Throughout your visit, you will have the chance to encounter captivating creatures, ranging from monkeys and sloths to exotic birds and reptiles. Let the profound beauty of this sanctuary inspire your own commitment to fostering a harmonious coexistence with the animal kingdom and the beautiful planet we call home.
Silk Fan Flow Workshop
Join Honeybee for a guided movement practice centered around the art of silk fan flow. Class will begin with breath and moving your body in connection to what you are feeling in this moment. You will then learn basic skills to move with the silk fans as you follow along. Class will end with an open flow jam where you are encouraged so bring your flowtoys!
Day 6
Elemental Embodiment Rhythm
Elemental Embodiment Dance Journey
On our final day you will embody all the elements through your divine temple body in a movement journey, guided by Honeybee and Skylar! Discover how all of the elemental rhythms you have explored throughout the week alchemize into your unique soul expression. Truly step into the rhythm of the goddess that you hold.
Elemental Embodiment Sound Healing Journey
Continue in our finale through an elemental embodiment sound healing journey! Align to your body and spirit through a deep quantum relaxation, and integrate all the codes that have been activated in this week-long portal.
Closing Ceremony
Close out this epic week-long adventure with a ceremony led by Skylar and Honeybee. We will reflect on the initial intentions set at the beginning of the week to witness how those have been realized. Share the alchemy you have experienced as we collectively close out the retreat portal. You will leave the jungle with the ability and confidence to move through your lunar cycles with harmony and pleasure, and to speak or sing or dance your truth with confidence. As you leave this gathering, you will be initiated into a growing, beautiful network of women to share sisterhood and co-create with in the world.
Day 7
It’s time to say goodbye and head home
We've come to the departure day of your retreat — we hope you have had an incredible time discovering the treasures of Costa Rica and looking deeper within yourself to nurture inner growth and foster self-empowerment. Now, it's time to say goodbye and to take all your special memories home. After checking out, you'll head to the airport to catch your flight home. We hope to see you again — travel safe.
