Your journey to sacred creativity begins as you arrive at Juan Santamaría International Airport, where a group transfer awaits to whisk you away to the serene Goddess Garden Eco Resort in Cahuita. As the morning unfolds, enjoy a delightful breakfast within the jungle’s embrace, then immerse yourself in the sacred art of creating your own 'Knots & Gems' Mala during our workshop, a meditative practice that weaves together intention, creativity, and spirituality. Following this soulful session, unwind and connect with your body through Gentle Somatic Yoga at our tranquil Yoga Shala, a practice designed to release tension and enhance your creative flow. From here, replenish your energy with a delicious lunch, a moment of pause that sets the stage for an afternoon of profound relaxation and discovery.
In the afternoon, we’ll come together for a healing Sound Bath or an invigorating Reiki & Breathwork session at the Yoga Shala, each offering a unique pathway to clear energetic blocks and awaken your inner vitality. What happens if I need to cancel my trip?
