This island-hopping, temple-exploring, six-day adventure will take you from Phuket’s Old Town to Krabi’s jaw-droppingly beautiful Four Islands, with everything from snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, a Thai cooking class and market tour, and lots of island magic in between. Get ready to dive in deep and wade in the waters of the Phi Phi Islands, spot some monkeys chilling at Monkey Beach, and discover the age-old secrets of the Phranang Cave and the spirit of the sea princess. Trade your sea legs for adventures on land with a tour around Phuket’s most cherished sights, such as the ornate Wat Chalong Temple and the sweeping landscape of Prom Thep Cave. From beaches to street markets to the Andaman Sea and more, good times will be had by those who seek adrenaline and adventure off Thailand’s shores and in the streets of its historical cities. -The adventure begins right now! After arriving at Phuket International Airport, a group transfer will take you to your comfortable hotel in Patong.
-Once you check in, the day is yours to relax as you please and get acclimated to your island environment. Patong is the heart of Phuket’s action, known for its lively beach, street life, and endless shopping and entertainment options. Whether you choose to relax by the pool, stroll along the bustling promenade, or catch your first sunset over the Andaman Sea, this time will truly set the tone for your Thai adventure. Set out for Phuket’s best sights!
-Start the day with a nourishing breakfast at the hotel before you snorkel your heart out on this full-day island hopping tour through the Phi Phi Islands!
-You’ll depart and head to the Phi Phi Islands by catamaran, where you’ll arrive at your first stop, which is the world-famous Maya Bay, featured in a movie called The Beach starring Leonardo DiCaprio, and will admire and take pictures from afar. You can even hop out and snorkel around Loh Samah Bay, which makes for a truly cinematic paradise.
-Then, you’ll reach the emerald waters of Pileh Lagoon, a natural pool surrounded by massive cliffs, where you can enjoy some time to feel the crispness of the waters and swim.
-Afterwards, keep your eyes peeled as you pass by the awe-inspiring Viking Cave, before stopping at Monkey Beach to take another dip in the water and even spot some wild monkeys out playing.
-Then it’s time to head to Ko Phi Phi Don, where you’ll head to a beachfront hotel restaurant to eat some yummy Thai food in a spectacular setting.
-Take a quick break to regroup and then the adventure continues at Khai Island, where you’ll bask in the sun on the white sand beaches and snorkel around the picture-perfect, colorful reefs.
-After a full day of sun and sea, return to your hotel in Phuket at 4:30 pm with time to do as you please in your beautiful Phuket surroundings.
-After enjoying some breakfast at the hotel, today is all about showcasing Phuket’s city highlights and architectural gems. Embark on a city tour of Phuket’s cultural destinations, starting off at Prom Thep Cape, one of the island’s most photographed viewpoints. Here you’ll see sweeping sea vistas and panoramic clifftops that will make for some memorable photos.
-Then, wind along the southern coast, getting a glimpse at the famous beaches of Patong, Karon, Kata, and Rawai, each with its own vibe and scenery.
-You’ll also stop by Wat Chalong Temple, one of Phuket’s most beautiful and renowned Buddhist monasteries that enshrines the gilt statues of monk Luang Pho Chaem and his assistant Luang Pho.
-Next, stop and walk around Phuket Old Town, to check out the pastel-hued Sino-Portuguese architecture, trendy cafés, and a creative arts scene that reflects the island’s multicultural heritage.
-In the afternoon, explore and embark on a photo-walk session as you join a market tour to discover traditional Thai ingredients, while snapping pictures of the vibrant scenes of everyday life. Then, pop into the kitchen with a cooking class, where you’ll learn how to cook Thai food under expert guidance. Sit down to taste your creations for dinner before returning to your hotel and savoring a night to rest up or explore Phuket’s lively nightlife scene.
-Today is a travel day, and you're off to Krabi! After breakfast and checking out of your hotel, you’ll get a move on your journey to Krabi from Phuket with a guide, as you pass by and admire limestone karsts, lush jungles, and a stunning coastline.
-Once you reach Krabi, check into your relaxing hotel, and settle into your new surroundings in Ao Nang.
-The rest of the afternoon is free to do as you please - maybe hop over to explore Ao Nang Beach, catch a sunset, or stroll along and shop at the town’s quaint boutiques.
-Today’s adventure is a half-day speedboat tour to Krabi’s famous “Four Islands.” After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Nopparatthara Beach and hop on a speedboat to visit the stunning Koh Tub and Koh Mor, twin islands joined by a sandbar that emerges at low tide.
-Admire the crystal-clear waters before continuing on to Koh Gai (aka Chicken Island), which is named for its quirky rock formation that might remind you of a chicken or ostrich. Around midday, sit down to feast on a delicious picnic lunch on the powdery white sands of Poda Island, a postcard-perfect spot where you can jump in the surrounding waters afterwards, or sunbathe on the shores.
-In the afternoon, reach Phranang Cave and Phranang Beach, where you’ll relax and see if you can discover more about the cave that’s filled with offerings to a local sea goddess.
-At 2:00 pm, return to Nopparatthara Beach and head back to your hotel for a leisurely afternoon, where you’ll soak up the tropical beauty and relax, perhaps taking a stroll along the renowned Ao Nang Beach.
-Where has the time gone? Your Thailand adventure has come to a close, however the memories from your time zipping through the waters and exploring Thailand’s cultural treasures will never escape you. Eat a final breakfast at the hotel and checkout before taking a group transfer to Krabi airport. End on a good note as you reflect on the sun-soaked memories, vibrant Thai culture, and unforgettable adventures that you were able to experience.
