Arrival and central Thai flavors

You made it! Touch down in the vibrant heart of Thailand and settle into the city’s electric rhythm. After a smooth group transfer and check-in, enjoy free time to explore your surroundings or rest.

As evening falls, gather for a welcome dinner featuring the bold and balanced flavors of central Thai cuisine — think aromatic curries and fragrant herbs — setting the tone for a week of culinary adventure.

Day 2 · November 7, 2026
Royal wonders and riverside bites

Start your day with a journey into Bangkok’s regal past at the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew, home to the revered Emerald Buddha and dazzling golden spires.

Lunch unfolds by the Chao Phraya River, where central Thai specialties pair with scenic views.

The afternoon brings you to Wat Pho, famed for its giant Reclining Buddha and tranquil courtyards.

Cap off the day with dinner showcasing the unique flavors of northern Thailand, known for its herbal notes and mild heat.

Day 3 · November 8, 2026
Ancient ruins and noodle traditions

Venture north to Ayutthaya, a UNESCO World Heritage site where centuries-old temple ruins and crumbling stupas tell stories of a lost kingdom.

Refuel with a classic boat noodle lunch, a beloved local dish born from the city’s canal-side culture.

Return to Bangkok for dinner highlighting the punchy, spicy cuisine of northeastern Thailand, celebrated for its grilled meats and zesty salads.

Day 4 · November 9, 2026
Bangkok bites: Floating markets, street eats, and rooftop views

Enjoy a leisurely morning before diving into ICONSIAM’s indoor floating market, where you can sample a kaleidoscope of Thai street food under one roof.

Cross the river for a rejuvenating 90-minute traditional Thai massage — an ancient art blending acupressure and yoga-like stretches.

Evening brings a light dinner at Elvis Suki, a local favorite recognized by the Michelin Guide, followed by a street food tour through Bantadthong and Yaowarat (Bangkok’s Chinatown).

End the night with a tuk tuk ride and drinks at Sala Rattanakosin’s rooftop, gazing over the illuminated cityscape.

Day 5 · November 10, 2026
Muay Thai moves and a southern farewell

Kick off the day with a high-energy Muay Thai boxing class, immersing yourself in Thailand’s national sport.

After lunch, enjoy free time to relax or explore.

The grand finale: a farewell dinner at an upscale Michelin Guide restaurant, where southern Thai cuisine — famous for its fiery spices and coconut-rich curries — takes center stage. The night is yours to celebrate, reflect, or continue the fun.

Day 6 · November 11, 2026
Sweet Thai goodbyes

Savor a final breakfast before your private group transfer to the airport. Depart Bangkok with new friends, unforgettable memories, and a craving for your next adventure. We hope to see you again soon!

Fantastic experience I had a fantastic time traveling with the Nicha team to Vietnam and Thailand. They planned a series of thoughtful, authentic, and fun excursions for us. The tour guides were informative, kind, and engaging. Highly recommend traveling with them if you’re interested in exploring a new place in a fun and authentic way. As an MBA grad, founder Bo knows how to strike the right balance of high quality stays, enjoyable cultural and educational outings, delicious meals, and energetic nights out.

High quality of services From planning, execution to finish of the retreat, I have been fully supported by Bo from Nicha Exploration. All of my opinions were heard and adjustments were made accordingly. Bo did really great on meeting expectations from me and every participants. Her responses were always prompt. There is literally nothing I can complain about Nicha Exploration's services.
