Hi there, I’m Romina—a fashion photographer, visual storyteller, and certified Human Design reader. Since 2017, I’ve been capturing street style at Fashion Weeks around the world in cities like London, Copenhagen, Paris, Milan and New York.

I’ve always believed that creativity isn’t something we have to chase—it’s something we return to when we feel safe, inspired, and connected. I created this retreat as a space to tune in, get inspired and reconnect with your unique creative energy.

If you’re craving inspiration, deeper alignment, and a creative reset with like-minded souls, I’d love for you to join me.

Growing up, she found joy and peace through traveling and exploring different cultures and activities. During her time at business school, Bo also led the Thailand Cultural Trek for the Wharton Southeast Asia Club, utilizing her expertise as a local, as well as her understanding about traveling as an active traveler herself. She was overwhelmed by the positive feedback she received from the trek members and decided to start Nicha Exploration. With local expertise and the love of their country and culture, the Nicha team crafts vacation experiences that provide not only ultimate leisure but also personal growth and unique experiences for travelers.
Fantastic experience I had a fantastic time traveling with the Nicha team to Vietnam and Thailand. They planned a series of thoughtful, authentic, and fun excursions for us. The tour guides were informative, kind, and engaging. Highly recommend traveling with them if you’re interested in exploring a new place in a fun and authentic way. As an MBA grad, founder Bo knows how to strike the right balance of high quality stays, enjoyable cultural and educational outings, delicious meals, and energetic nights out.
