  1. On June 25, 2020, the government of Rwanda placed six areas of Kigali back under lockdown following a rise in cases of COVID-19](

  2. Flights to Kigali International Airport (KGL) are suspended and will reopen for commercial flights From August 1, 2020.

  3. Nationals and residents of Rwanda will be subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine at designated locations.

  4. All passengers, including those in transit, will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of arrival in Rwanda, and those staying in Rwanda will have to take a second test upon arrival and stay in designated hotels at their own cost until the result is confirmed
