I also believe in our infinite, innate ability to heal (when given the right conditions).
My dharma (life purpose) is helping women be the healthiest and happiest beings they can be so all those they connect with thrive too. We are here to heal ourselves and the planet.
My journey to vitality hasn't been easeful, as I had many of my own health challenges. My own healing has led me to realize my life's passion: Alleviating unnecessary suffering in the world. It has also led me to live a life beyond my wildest dreams.
Since 2013, I have dedicated my life to learning and teaching about healing through Ayurveda, Yoga, Mindset, and Habit Evolution.
I bring this integrated knowledge to my clients as individuals on a unique healing path.
It is an honor and joy to support my clients as they increase their vitality, longevity, creativity, and joy to live their lives to the fullest!
I live on a beautiful homestead in Floyd, Virginia with my partner, David, my two bonus children, a dog, and ducks.

Dive deep into self-care, community, and joy and evolve into a healthier, more enlivened version of yourself during this transformative retreat on the serene Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Embrace the teachings of Yoga, Ayurveda, and a variety of creative practices (including drawing, writing, movement, and song) to emerge with your inner well of abundance and joy overflowing.
Each day will focus on an Ayurvedic Element and a sense organ as our doorway into experiencing this gift of life anew. You will have the space and freedom to unwind from the pressures of everyday life. Here, you can focus on your self-care and self-awareness in a nourishing environment. We'll come together in sisterhood of witnessing and support as we honor the struggles and joys we are each living.
We'll also connect with the beautiful natural environment that surrounds the retreat and have a boat tour one day. You are encouraged to unplug (digital detox) as much as possible and embrace the present to support the nervous system coming into alignment with ease.
Our sessions/practices will focus on:
- decreasing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
- practicing tools to support resilience, joy, and peace
- exploring your true longings, fears, and truth so you can ultimately live more fully
- breaking out of comfort zones to know yourself in new ways
- healing addiction to stress to create a vibrant future
- knowing yourself as the empowered creator of your life

Welcome to Costa Rica! For the next 5 days, you'll go on a journey of self-discovery that will help you define yourself and your own superpowers. By the time the retreat is over, you'll feel healed, fulfilled, and centered on self-compassion. The trip begins with a transfer to our gorgeous eco-lodge hidden away in the rainforest. Surrounded by serene silence and views of nature, you'll immediately slip into a mindset of awareness and healing. You'll have a bit of time to get settled before we head to a welcome session where you can meet your fellow travelers and share your intentions and goals for the rest of the trip. We will then share dinner and an evening gathering, after which it's off to bed to rest up for tomorrow!
Rise and shine! It's a sunny, gorgeous day in Uvita, and we're going to kick things off with a session of yoga and meditation. Through guided movement, you'll become in tune with your body and learn to appreciate it without judgment. Then, with the intention of expanding our consciousness beyond ourselves and into our surroundings, we will head to the Whale's Tail! A stunning natural formation at Marino Ballena National Park characterized by a sandbar that extends into the ocean, the aptly-named Whale's Tail indeed resembles the shape of a whale's tail gracefully cutting through the waves. Here, we'll appreciate the sheer grandeur of nature before returning to the accomodation for a session of ayurveda and creativity. You'll be able to create freely, a process that will help empower you to define your own feelings and reality. Finally, we'll come together for a delicious dinner and an evening gathering before calling it a day.
Today, we'll rise early and make the most of our time. As always, we'll begin the day with intentional, introspective yoga and meditation focused on identity. We'll also have more ayurveda and creativity workshops in the morning. Finally, enjoy another session of yoga and meditation as the sun sets over the rainforest to close the day.
It's another perfect day in Costa Rica. We'll start once again with a morning session before preparing for an exciting new activity: a boat tour. We'll head to the shore after breakfast and sail out onto perfect, clear water. You'll then have the chance to go snorkeling, peering beneath the waves and entering an underwater world. If you're lucky, you might see marine animals in their natural habitat! We'll return to the accommodation for lunch and an afternoon wellness session before wrapping up our day with yoga, meditation and dinner.
It's day 5 of the retreat, and that means that our time is nearly up! Luckily, we've still got one more full, dreamy day left, so let's dive deep into our holistic practices. We begin the morning with our usual practice of yoga and meditation. Promote inner peace and connect with your inner self as you work towards increasing your self-awareness and channeling positive energy through your breath and movement. We'll then indulge in a nourishing breakfast before engaging in another session of creative introspection and ayurveda to achieve optimal health and wellness. Enjoy some free time after this to unwind and recharge, then we'll come together once more to head to Playa Hermosa to watch the sunset. Take a moment to reflect as evening comes, thinking towards the changes you've undergone since arriving. We'll close the night with a delicious dinner as a group and a final evening gathering.
It's time to say goodbye to Costa Rica! We'll have one more session of yoga and meditation in the morning before we pack our bags and head to the airport. Thanks so much for joining, and we hope you fly home feeling utterly transformed.
