Waking up to ancient ruins every day? Now that’s a dream come true. But what if you could actually step into history and feel what it was like to live in those times? On this 6-day adventure through Peru, you’ll do just that.
Picture yourself walking the same sacred grounds where empires once thrived, and connecting with the culture through immersive culinary experiences, vibrant music, and traditional dance ceremonies. Whether you’re exploring Incan ruins or tasting the flavors of the Andes, this is the trip that brings history, culture, and adventure together in the most unforgettable way. Ready to make history your reality?
-Welcome to the heart of the Inca Empire! Touchdown at Cusco Airport, where your journey into Peruvian culture begins.
-After a private transfer to your hotel, settle in and get ready for your first taste of this magical city. A personal guide will take you on a walking tour through the historic center. You’ll hit the main square, which is like Cusco’s living room, packed with energy and history.
-From there, it’s on to Hatunrumiyoc, where you'll discover Inca stonework that’s still holding strong after centuries. Finally, we'll wrap things up in San Blas, Cusco’s boho district, full of narrow streets, art galleries, and epic vibes.
-To close the day, a welcome dinner show will immerse you in local culture—because nothing says Welcome to Peru like a live show full of music and dance!
-Rise and shine for your Sacred Valley exploration! After breakfast and checking out of your hotel, we’re off to some seriously iconic spots.
-First stop: Chinchero, where you'll catch a glimpse of a Spanish church built right over Inca stone walls. Chinchero is also famous for its traditional weaving workshops, where locals create beautiful handwoven textiles—don’t forget to pick up a unique souvenir!
-Next, you’ll explore Moray, an ancient Inca agricultural site that looks like a giant, circular amphitheater. These terraces were used to experiment with crops at different altitudes and soil variations—basically, ancient Incan science!
-From there, you’ll head to the salt terraces of Salineras, where locals harvest pink, smoked, and bathing salts. If we’ve got time, we'll hike down into the Sacred Valley, stopping by a chicha-making site. Here, you’ll learn how the Andean people ferment corn into their signature drink (and yes, you get to try it!) while playing a game of Sapo (Incan darts).
-To end the day, we’ll explore the charming town of Ollantaytambo before checking into your hotel and enjoying a nice dinner with your group.
-Start the day with an early breakfast, then grab your backpack and head to Ollantaytambo’s train station for the scenic ride to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to Machu Picchu.
-Once you arrive, you’ll catch a shuttle to the entrance of the legendary Machu Picchu site. Get ready to snap a million photos with llamas casually strolling around as you take in the iconic views of the terraces. You’ll be guided through the most significant spots of the archaeological complex—trust us, it’s as magical as it looks on Instagram!
-After the tour, you’ll have free time to explore Aguas Calientes, grab lunch, or just vibe in the town. Then it’s back on the train to Ollantaytambo and onward to your hotel, nestled in a peaceful area outside of town. Relax and enjoy the evening—this place is pure serenity.
-After breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a laid-back morning to relax, hit the spa, or just soak in the fresh Andean air.
-In the afternoon, it’s time to experience more of the Sacred Valley, starting with a visit to Pisac Market—a place filled with textiles, pottery, and local crafts. But the real treat is when you head into a local community, where you’ll see firsthand how they live, farm, cook, and craft their wares. And for lunch? A traditional Pachamanca feast, cooked underground with hot stones—talk about a culinary experience!
-Afterward, enjoy a special music ceremony where you’ll be treated to traditional Andean songs. You’ll also get to participate in a private photo shoot with a professional photographer, so you’ll have a perfect memory to take home with you.
-After a full day of cultural immersion, you’ll head back to your hotel for a well-deserved evening of relaxation.
-It’s time to get moving with an early breakfast and a traditional dance class! You’ll learn the basics of Caporales, an Andean dance that’s as lively as it is fun. Whether we’re dancing indoors or outdoors, you’ll be grooving to the rhythms of the Andes.
-Afterward, it’s back to Cusco for check-in at your hotel and grab some lunch.
-The evening takes a delicious turn with a rooftop cooking class! You’ll learn to whip up a two-course Peruvian meal, and of course, you’ll pair it with the classic Pisco Sour—cheers to that!
-After all that cooking (and tasting), you’ve got the rest of the evening free. Whether you want to hit the town for a night out or chill and recharge, the choice is yours.
-Your last morning in Peru—soak it all in! After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, take some time for yourself.
-Maybe you can enjoy a peaceful horseback ride through the countryside, or if you’ve got a later flight, you can try an ATV tour or another cooking class before heading to the airport.
-You’ll then take a group transfer to the airport, and say see ya later to Peru!
