San José is renowned for its vibrant arts scene, historic landmarks like the National Theater, and fascinating museums such as the Gold and Jade Museums, all clustered around the iconic Plaza de la Cultura.

-Tonight, we’ll gather for a welcome dinner at our hotel, soaking in the city’s youthful energy and getting a taste of Costa Rica’s warm hospitality as we kick off our group journey together.

Volcano views and the northern plains

-After breakfast and checkout, we’ll set off for La Fortuna, making a thrilling stop at Poás Volcano National Park. Here, you’ll witness one of the world’s largest active craters, surrounded by lush cloud forest — a true geological marvel and a window into Costa Rica’s volcanic origins.

-Continuing through the scenic northern plains, we’ll arrive in La Fortuna, a charming town famous for its proximity to the majestic Arenal Volcano and its adventure-packed atmosphere.

Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.

Refunds for balance payment
If you cancel your trip on or before Nov 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM local time (GMT -6), you will get a refund of the remaining balance. This may or may not include the deposit amount. See deposit refund section above.

If you cancel your trip from Nov 27, 2025 at 12:00 AM local time (GMT -6) onwards, no refunds will be issued.
