Hello Happy People!

My name is Said, I grew up in Beirut where I studied and graduated as an interior designer in 2009. I took my first overseas trip when I was 20 years old. This trip led me to France where I stayed for 3 years to do a Masters in interior design. It was the first of many steps that made me discover a passion towards traveling, wandering in unknown places, engaging in conversation with strangers, and making worldwide friends!

With every new trip I took, I gained a deeper understanding that the charm and beauty of every journey are not limited to visiting known landmarks or touristic places, but are also and more importantly found in the small things you experience along the way: from getting lost walking in a new city to taking life lessons from a stranger, sitting back for hours watching people and cars moving, or staying up all night with people you just met waiting for the sunrise… These unique moments are what transforms a trip into a story worth telling.

Join me in Morocco!

Morocco > Footsteps in Morocco with Said

From the moment you land in Marrakech, the journey is a whirlwind of spice markets, mountain air, ancient ruins, and coastal charm. One day you’re learning to cook traditional dishes with a Berber family in the Atlas Mountains, and the next you’re exploring the Roman mosaics at Volubilis or tasting olives, cheeses, and regional wines on a food tour in Meknes. You’ll wander the labyrinthine medina of Fes with a local guide, marvel at the centuries-old Chouara Tannery, and relax in a classic Moroccan hammam spa. There’s time to sample street food in Marrakech, enjoy a seafood lunch by the sea in El Jadida, and unwind in beautiful riads with friends old and new. It’s all about new experiences, cultural deep-dives, and those spontaneous moments that turn into the best stories — plus plenty of time to relax and recharge in inspiring settings.
