Today marks a bright new chapter in your life, one where you are equipped with the tools necessary to analyze your life and bring about lasting, powerful change. It all begins when you step off the plane and hop in the transfer to your retreat center on the Pacific Coast. It feels like the true embodiment of relaxation, and you will get to spend a bliss-filled week enjoying its many amenities and its stunning surroundings. Once you're checked in, enjoy some free time to unpack and unwind before a welcome dinner where all the travelers will come together to meet, connect with the retreat hosts, and share a meal.
Your first full day of wellness dawns quietly with a gentle sunrise climbing over the horizon. We will begin the day with a light breakfast, followed by an invigorating yoga practice, embracing Monica and Kendall's compassionate instruction. From here, a guided walk through the lush landscapes reconnects us with the earth's energy and your place in this strange, beautiful universe. Then, enjoy free time for personal exploration or relaxation until, after lunch, we come together as a group for a captivating workshop. You will be guided through uncovering pathways to sustainable wellness and personal evolution under expert guidance. Finally, the day comes to a close with dinner, after which you are welcome to enjoy the property or head to your room to call it a night.
The schedule established yesterday will be followed for the remaining days on this retreat, giving you the opportunity to sink into a rhythm and discover more about yourself. Just like yesterday, we rise with the sun for a light breakfast and soul-nourishing yoga practice, fostering harmony and balance. We will then head off on our guided walk, allowing nature's embrace to awaken your senses. From here, relish in moments of serenity or exploration during your free time. Conclude the day with an enriching workshop, igniting a journey of inner transformation and radiant living, along with dinner.
How will you spend your time today? Our schedule is the same, of course, meaning that you will attend a yoga session and a guided walk in the morning. The long stretch of free time that leads all the way into the evening, though, is entirely yours to use as you wish. Will you relax on the beach, feeling the calming softness of the sand beneath your feet and the graceful tickle of the waves on your skin? Or perhaps you'll stay at the retreat, chatting with your fellow travelers and enjoying views of the sea from afar? No matter what you select, you'll be able to take energy and inspiration from your surroundings that you can take into the day's closing workshop.
It is day 5 of our retreat here in Mexico, and today presents itself as another opportunity for personal development. As you attend the yoga session and guided walk this morning, try to be as present as possible and enter these spaces with intention. During yoga, take care to see how each movement makes you feel and listen to your body; during your walk, pay careful attention to your environment and allow yourself to absorb the lessons that nature provides. By being as present as possible, you can maximize what you take away from your time here. When evening comes around, greet the workshop with the same level of care and purpose.
It is our last full day here in Mexico; our retreat comes to a close tomorrow! With that in mind, begin shifting gears towards continuing your journey back at home. Sure, your daily schedule and your physical surroundings will change, but that doesn't mean that your inner progress needs to pause. During today's wellness sessions, you will be given tools that you can use to continue looking inside yourself and finding ways to grow, change, and evolve. When evening finally comes and we gather for dinner, celebrate the transformation you have gone through while here... and prepare to find more ways to develop yourself in the future!
It is now time to say goodbye to Oaxaca, your retreat, and all the people that have made it so special. After one final breakfast, we will return to the airport and fly home. Thank you so much for joining us! We hope you had an amazing time.
