Kimberly Zimmerman is a highly-trained yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and experienced nutrition and life coach. In the past, Kimberly has spent hundreds of hours of yoga instruction in Orange County and helped several Southern California corporate clients launch juice bards and raw food restaurants. She returned to her native Santa Barbara County in 2012, when she started 'The Juicy Life', which is today a weekly fresh-pressed juice delivery service. For five days in the beautiful Pepem Eco Luxury Hotel in Tulum, we will come together and head out on spirited adventures that will remind us of the tranquility of the world. Taking the time for ourselves, we will go on an ATV adventure through the lush greenery of Tulum. Then, we will visit Cenote Toh to witness the timeless creations of nature. To strengthen our sense of community with both people and nature, we partake in a beach clean-up and give back where we can. Focus on the good things in life in a traditional cacao ceremony. In between all that, we will eat well by indulging in the tantalizing meals offered at our sanctuary in Pepem. By the end of our adventure, you'll head home with memories of fun and be restored with energy. This trip will be by you, for you!
Cancellation policy
TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until April 9, 2024. If the departure is canceled out of your control, you will be alerted by this date and will receive a full refund.

Prepare to embark on a restorative adventure over the next five days as we tap into the power of nature and the beauty of the world for rejuvenation. Leave behind the entanglements of your daily life as you board your plane to Cancún. The focus of this trip will be on you and your well-being. Upon your arrival at Cancún International Airport, a seamless group transfer awaits to guide you to the tranquil haven of Pepem Eco Luxury Hotel in Tulum. Check-in unfolds like the opening pages of your adventure journal, marking the beginning of our retreat.
After settling in, an introduction to the retreat will set the stage for the explorations that lie ahead. Little by little, we get acquainted with each other and lay the foundations for a supportive community. As the day gently transitions, gather for a nourishing dinner, where every bite is a fusion of health and enjoyment. Reconnect with the grandiosity of nature
As daylight washes over your sanctuary, we begin our day by focusing on all that is good and remaining present in the relaxing environment we are in. After that, prepare for the day's activities by indulging in a freshly prepared breakfast.
Today is all about seeing the world for what it really is. After breakfast, we embark on an exhilarating ATV adventure through the lush jungle. Our journey then leads us to the enchanting Cenote Toh, a hidden gem deep underground. Be awed by the magnificent natural structures, patiently shaped by the forces of nature over eons. As we marvel at the landscape, feel your daily woes wash away as you are reminded of the scale of the world.
Following our morning thrills, a wholesome lunch awaits us back at our retreat. After savoring lunch, the afternoon offers free time and the opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty surrounding you. Lounge in the relaxing ambiance of the resort, or indulge in your own explorations.
As the sun gracefully sets, we come together for a dinner filled with tantalizing flavors. Before we end the day, we take a moment to reflect on the fun we had today and allow the positive energy it conjured to wash over us.

Become enriched by a sense of community
As before, we start the day by staying grounded and remaining connected to the soothing rhythm of the rainforest that surrounds us. A nutrient-rich breakfast follows, with each bite a fuel for our body and soul. Afterward, give back to the local community and engage with the pristine beauty of nature through a beach clean-up.
A sumptuous lunch awaits, each spoonful a celebration of health and enjoyment as you bask in the afterglow of the morning's endeavors. The afternoon invites free time, a canvas for personal exploration or relaxation by the azure waves down at the nearby beaches.
As the sun begins to dip below the horizon, a sumptuous dinner will harmonize the day's escapades through a dance of flavors. We end the day by reflecting on the day's activities, focusing on the gifts of community.
Day 4 · June 17, 2024
Reflect on all that is good
Today, we pay attention to all things good. As the golden rays of the morning sun nudges you awake, set your mind on the present and embrace the tranquility that surrounds you. After the mental alignment, we align our bodies with the right nutrition over a delicious breakfast. The rest of the morning is a blank canvas for you to paint on. Come together as a community to engage in a fun-filled activity, or kick back your feet and relax.
Lunch serves as a page break in our day's adventures as we pause to refuel our body and soul. Afterward, we immerse ourselves in a cacao ceremony, a sensory tradition meant to restore and uplift. As we learn about the origins and history of cacao, we express gratitude for the good that has come our way and focus on the positive.
As the stars appear and take their place in the night sky, we enjoy a mouthwatering dinner Tonight will be the last night we indulge in dinner together on our short but sweet adventure. After dinner, take the chance to let your adventure companions know that they are appreciated.
Day 5 · June 18, 2024
Head home relaxed and renewed
Embrace the morning with a grounding breakfast that opens the final chapter of our journey. After food, we check out of our sanctuary and a group transfer will take us to the airport. As you journey to the airport, the sights of Tulum will roll by your window like frames on a carousel, each capturing a fond memory of the days past. Your flight home will be a poetic closure to our journey, a chapter enriched with the essence of relaxation and restoration that will linger in your heart for a long time to come.
