Over the course of just 3 days, you'll be given an intensive series of training workshops from Kevin Kearns, a fitness veteran with endless experience in coaching athletes of all levels. Day 1
Begin your fitness retreat in the countryside of Tuscany and start working towards true mental and physical health

Today marks the beginning of your fitness retreat! After landing in Italy and transferring to the accommodation, we'll have some time to relax and get ready for the journey ahead. Drop off your bags and grab lunch before heading to a Q&A session where we will discuss our goals and the general approach we will be taking to mental and physical wellbeing. This is your chance to ask Kevin any questions that might be running through your head. We'll then share a delicious dinner and head to bed to rest up for tomorrow.

Day 2
Begin developing solid physical and mental health by studying the basics of fitness

Rise and shine! Today, we'll take a kaleidoscopic look at fitness, emphasizing the importance of movement and exercise in developing a more solid mental health base.

First up is a workshop that will bring us through the 8 Foundations of Fitness, a key discussion to have that will form a basis for everything else we cover while here. We'll then spend time going deep into some of the building blocks that you need to have to create a solid level of fitness for yourself: proper breathing, warming-up, mobility, agility, nutrition and cooking.

With all of this under our belts, we'll have our first workout of the trip. We'll use our newly-developed base of proper fitness techniques to have an engaging and exhausting core exercise! Kevin Kearns will coach you through an intense workout that, over just a short period of time, will leave you feeling satisfied both mentally and physically. After a quick Q&A session where you can ask any questions that are on your mind, we'll have a tasting of some local olive oil before grabbing dinner and heading to bed to rest up for tomorrow.

Day 3
Continue rebuilding your health with intensive, diverse exercises in chi gong, boxing, yoga, and more

After breakfast, you will depart and your fitness journey will end. However, if you have decided to continue your journey with the post-trip extention, today will be all about learning a variety of different exercises that you can bring home with you. Our various exercise sessions will drive home the retreat's holistic approach, showing just how diverse and exciting the world of fitness can be.

We'll begin with a session of chi gong flow before learning some self-defense basics with boxing and kickboxing. Then, in the afternoon, we'll explore new movements with yoga and a bit more chi gong to help us develop a proper mindset before a HIT Circuit Training session. With our exercise wrapped up, we'll have one more Q&A session before a wine tasting and dinner.

Finally, with our day complete, we will head to the airport to fly home. With the knowledge you've gained, you'll be able to continue your fitness foray and incorporate these lessons into your daily life, consistently working towards a happier and healthier version of yourself. You'll also return home with the power to address true mental health through physical fitness, a hugely important ability that will benefit you throughout the rest of your life. Cancellation policy

TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until September 27, 2023. If the departure is canceled out of your control, you will be alerted by September 27, 2023 and will receive a full refund.

In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.

Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.

Refunds for fully-paid trips
You may change or cancel your trip up until September 27, 2023 for a refund. After this time, no refunds will be given.

Trip cancellation due to COVID-19
A full credit will be issued if the tour is canceled when there is full border closure due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.
