Welcome to the mystical embrace of Bali! As you step off the plane and into this sacred land, feel the energy of the island welcoming you with open arms. Together, we embark on a journey of empowerment and transformation, delving into the depths of our souls to unearth the hidden facets within. Our group transfer awaits to whisk us away to our sanctuary, where nature's whispers will guide us toward alignment with our higher selves. Take this time to surrender to the rhythm of the island, allowing its vibrant energy to restore and rejuvenate your spirit. As evening descends, we enjoy a welcome dinner, a nourishing feast for body and soul. Afterward, we get to know each other in an opening circle. In the days to come, we'll peel back the layers, unmasking the shadows that have long been concealed as we embrace the diversity of our journeys and the unity of our purpose. Welcome to the beginning of your soul's transformational odyssey in the heart of Bali.

Begin chipping away at the walls that hide our true selves
As the sun gently rises over the lush foliage of Ubud, we greet the day with our 'open for miracles morning' session. Following this, we have breakfast and a bit of free time before we gather in our sacred circle, hearts open and spirits aligned, for a soulful meeting where we can set our intentions. Here, amidst the mystical jungles of Bali and with support from one another, we delve into the depths of our shadows. With authenticity as our guiding light, we set forth on our journey in earnest.
Lunch provides us with the energy we need to confront the hidden parts of ourselves. Our work continues with a meditation session during which we journey inward, unraveling the threads of our inner child and reclaiming fragments of our soul's essence. As the sky turns into a canopy of stars, we enjoy dinner before resting for the night.
Day 3 · November 18, 2024
Cleanse your soul in a traditional water ceremony at the sacred Tirta Empul Temple
To start the day, we pay attention to the universe's whispers of miracles and embrace them. A delectable breakfast follows before we depart for the beautiful Tegalalang Rice Terrace to feel a sense of groundedness with nature. This is undoubtedly one of Bali's most beautiful locations, so take some time to soak up the vibrations here and admire Mother Nature's handiwork. In the afternoon, we venture to the sacred Tirta Empul Temple where we participate in a traditional Balinese water cleansing ritual, 'Melukat'. Allow the waters at the temple to cleanse and purify our spirits. (Please note that you should bring a dry change of clothes.) After shedding all that no longer serves us good, we will spend the remainder of the day back at our retreat venue at our leisure. Embrace the gift of free time, allowing our souls to wander and explore the depths of our inner landscapes.

Learn to forgive and make peace with yourself
As the morning light bathes the landscape in a golden glow, we gather to open our hearts up to miracles. With each breath, we surrender to the endless possibilities that await us, embracing the transformative power of the present moment. For the past few days, we have sought out and dug up the parts of us we hid from ourselves. Today, we are going to focus on the process of forgiveness. Whatever we might have uncovered about ourselves, we are going to come to terms with them and learn to let go.

Learn to love yourself through journaling
Awaken to a gentle, inviting day here in Ubud. In the morning, let your soul invite the gifts of the universe during our 'open for miracles morning' session. After savoring a nutritious breakfast, we immerse ourselves in the act of journaling, exploring the depths of our hearts to uncover how we truly desire to be loved. In the afternoon, a workshop on contracts, money, and success will enlighten us on how we can achieve our goals. After a day of self-discovery and wisdom, we gather in a circle to find strength in vulnerability. Dinner caps another soulful day amidst the nature of Ubud.

Enjoy a morning visit to the beautiful Tirta Gangga
As the first light of dawn gently kisses the earth, we awaken our hearts to the transformative energy of miracles unfolding within and around us. Breakfast provides us with the nutrients we need to continue our journey. After the meal, we depart for Tirta Gangga and immerse ourselves in the wisdom of the old royal palace.
The afternoon then unfolds in a tapestry of creativity and connection, as we learn to craft mala beads, infusing each bead with the intentions of our soul's purpose. With each thread woven, we honor the sacred journey of empowerment and transformation that continues to unfold within us, surrendering to the gentle rhythm of the universe as we align with our higher selves.

Making sense of the gold in the shadow
Open yourself to miracles this morning — allow positive energies to flow through your being as we reflect on this wonderful journey that has brought us to this moment of empowerment and transformation. Today's breakfast will taste extra rewarding, considering how far we've come spiritually. After the morning meal, we come together for a workshop centered on finding the gold within ourselves and honoring the sacred essence of our beings. Pausing briefly to nourish our bodies with snacks, we then delve into a journaling session, allowing our pens to guide us inward as we explore the depths of our souls. Following a delicious lunch, we embrace moments of free time before relaxing during a 60-minute massage. Allow the skilled hands of our therapists to unknot the tensions of the body and align our physical well-being with the newfound clarity of our minds. As evening descends, we gather for a final dinner, marking the culmination of our journey to seek out and embrace all parts of ourselves.
