Cancellation policy

Package
- Until October 8, 2024, you can cancel and receive a full refund excluding a service fee of $110 USD.
- You can cancel between October 9, 2024 and November 7, 2024 and receive a refund equal to 60% of the total trek cost, excluding activities and extra services. If you have only paid the deposit amount, no refund will be issued.
- No refunds will be issued if the trip is canceled between November 8, 2024 and the start of the trip.

- You can cancel optional activities and receive a full refund until November 7, 2024.
- No refunds will be issued if the trip is canceled between November 8, 2024 and the start of the trip.

Packages, Activities, Transference and Changes
- To guarantee this quote and the included activities, a minimum of 20 travelers is required. In the event of fewer travelers, the activities and itinerary are subject to change.
- Optional activities can be purchased until November 7, 2024. Between November 8, 2024 and November 27, 2024, activities can be purchased with a surcharge of 20%.

Force Majeure
- In case the trip is canceled due to force majeure, (natural disaster, pandemic, strikes, or curfew) or mandatory lockdown you will receive a full refund.
- If an event considered as force majeure occurs after the trip has begun, compromising the execution of the activities proposed in the itinerary, we will issue a full refund for the room nights and any activities that can not be completed.

There's nothing on the schedule once you're checked in, so just kick back and relax!

Head to the scenic Cocora Valley for a beautiful picnic

What is the pricing schedule for this trip?

Early-bird bookings: Bookings made during the early-bird period will be entitled to our early-bird pricing of £1,280 for the Short Package and £1,690 for the Long Package. The deadline for early-bird bookings is April 30, 2024 or whenever all 50 early-bird spots are filled.
Regular price: Once the early-bird period has passed, bookings will be priced at £1,420 for the Short Package and £1,895 for the Long Package. The deadline for regular bookings is October 7, 2024.
Late-bird bookings: Once the regular price period has passed, bookings will be priced at £1,560 for the Short Package and £2,080 for the Long Package. The deadline for late-bird bookings is November 7, 2024.

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?

Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed. Please check government websites to ensure you have the necessary documents, along with passport requirements, before your departure date. This includes necessary transit visas, permits, and vaccinations required prior to travel and any required reciprocity fees for the destination. If your visa is denied for any reason, TourHero will issue a refund based on the cancellation policy. However, we are unable to provide a refund after the cancellation due date has passed.
