Arrival in Noosa
3 - 3.30pm: Check-in at the private luxury home
-Meeting and greeting your fellow retreat participants and getting acquainted
3.30 - 5pm: Opening circle + platter
-Welcoming ceremony in a women’s circle, holding space for each woman to share their intentions and be seen, heard and held right from the start of the retreat along with some healthy yummy snacks
5 - 6.30pm: Free time
-Time to explore your home for the next 4 days, unpack and let the unwinding begin
6.30 - 8pm: Healthy welcome dinner
-Enjoy a nourishing meal together
8 - 9pm: Evening meditation + journaling practice
-Taking the time to go inwards, connect deeply to your intuition and allow it to guide you through your journaling practice where we will be connecting to your higher self for wisdom and guidance
7.30 - 8.30am: Energising morning yoga session
-Restore your energy with a revitalising yoga practice that will help you deepen your connection to yourself, and align your body with your mind and soul in the sunshine while you soak up some vitamin D
8.30 - 9.30am: Nutritious breakfast
-Enjoy a nourishing, energising breakfast
9:30am - 12pm: Mindfulness + intention setting workshop
-Sheree will hold space for you in a group coaching session to reflect on where you are at in your wellness journey and what changes can be made to optimise your health
-Spend time in guided journaling to set clear intentions and goals for the retreat and the months beyond
-Create a 90 day plan for creating balance in your body and life
12 - 1pm: Healthy lunch
-Enjoy a yummy lunch full of nutrients in the sunshine
1 - 3pm: Nourish your nervous system workshop
-Sheree will guide you through understanding your nervous system and how to operate from a place of safety, growth and love within your body
-Put into practice tools and techniques to ensure you’re living from a state of calm and peace so your body can thrive always
3 - 5pm: Nature walk part of the Cooloola Wilderness trail, great walk
-Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature in the exquisite Noosa, along the Cooloola Wilderness trail, using this time for inner musings, to forest bath, and move your body in a restorative way.
5 - 6pm: Free time
-Unwind from the walk, journal your thoughts or connect with other retreat guests, this time is for you to do whatever lights up your soul
6 - 7pm: Healthy dinner
-A delicious group dinner will be served fueling your body with an abundance of nutrients
7 - 8.30pm: Evening reflection + journaling practice
-During a guided meditation and group practice you will be taken inwards to hear the inner callings and knowings of your soul, connect with what you need to recharge and share your gratitudes from the day
7 - 9.30am: Slow intentional morning practice + nutritious breakfast
-Take your time to recharge this morning in solitude and the sun, with no rush to get out of bed, use this time to practise one of the meditation techniques, journal your gratitudes and intentions for the day and enjoy a nourishing breakfast being made for you that you can eat with presence
9:30 - 12pm: Nourish your hormones nutrition workshop
-Spend the first hour learning from Sheree about what to eat to balance your hormones specific for you, and what foods might be driving your hormone imbalances
-Then dive into a practical workshop where you’ll learn how to make a hormone balancing meal with ease every day, without having to rely on recipe books
12 - 1pm: Lunch
-Time to enjoy the hormone nourishing meal you just made
1 - 3pm: Free Time
-Relaxation time at the beach or by the pool
-Optional spa treatments or massages
3 - 6pm: Group session on self-care practices
-Sheree will guide you through a group coaching session on the importance of self-care and how this supports balanced hormones
-Group workshop on creating the confidence and worthiness around being able put yourself first
-Creating time for the application of these practises both at and after the retreat
6 - 7.30pm: Healthy dinner
-Enjoy a nourishing meal together and reflect on the day
7.30 - 8:30pm: Restorative evening yoga + meditation
-Calm your nervous system and prime your body for deep rest with a yin yoga practice and meditation
6.30 - 7.30am: Sunrise yoga session
-Now that you’re feeling rested and recharged, enjoy rising with the sun as we salute it during a beautiful yoga practice
7. 30 - 9am: Nutritious breakfast
-Enjoy a nourishing breakfast served to you full of local produce and nutrients
9 - 11.30am: Revive your gut + energy workshop
-Our gut is the centrepoint to our well-being, our immune system and energy, Sheree will help you deepen the understanding of how your gut impacts your mind, your cravings and even your intuition as well as teach you tangible tools and practices that will allow you to revive your gut health and thrive in your day to day
11.30am - 1.30pm: Healthy picnic lunch
-Walk down to the beach and enjoy a picnic lunch on the sand
1.30 - 3.30pm: Horse-riding on the beach
3.30pm - 5.30pm: Own your worth workshop
-Guided group coaching session designed to help you reclaim your radiance, trust essence and confidence in your higher self
-Step into your power as you own your worth with tools to break through limiting beliefs that have been keeping you stuck for years
6 - 9pm: Farewell dinner + cocktails/mocktails
-Balance and harmony is the key to health and well-being, enjoy a nourishing dinner, a few treats and maybe a drink or two, share in the laughs as you make the most your time in the beautiful sacred space you’ve created
7 - 9am: Morning yoga + closing circle
-A gentle yoga practice for coming home to yourself followed by a closing to integrate everything you’ve learnt, reflect and expressing gratitude for our wonderful time together
9 - 10am: Nourishing breakfast + check out of accommodation
-Enjoy a nutritious breakfast before heading out in the world with newfound clarity, confidence and embodying pure radiance
