Peru > Taste, Trek, and Tradition: A Food Lover’s Trip to Peru with Lili

There’s no better way to experience Peru than through its food, history, and people. This trip blends it all—exploring bustling markets and ancient ruins, cooking with local chefs, and tasting the traditions that make this country so special. Wander the cobbled streets of Cusco on a guided walking tour, discovering vibrant plazas and centuries-old Incan stonework before sitting down for a lively welcome dinner filled with music and traditional dishes. In the Sacred Valley, witness the art of Andean weaving in Chinchero, explore the stunning Moray terraces and Maras salt flats, and taste the region’s flavors over a farm-to-table lunch. A full-day journey to Machu Picchu offers a chance to take in one of the world’s greatest wonders, followed by an evening of relaxation in an eco-lodge surrounded by breathtaking nature. Connect with a local community over a traditional Pachamanca meal cooked underground with hot stones, then take part in a lively Caporales dance session, moving to the rhythms of the Andes.
