Hello Friends! I’m Kelly. I’m a yoga instructor, performing artist, light-bringer, and healer.
I’ve been guiding yoga regularly for over 6 years and have had the honor of teaching many different communities. Expanding beyond studio spaces to my own online offerings, workshops, parks, the aquarium, the local greenhouse, retreats, festivals, and more! It brings me immense fulfillment to get to guide others through this way of being with themselves while tapping into collective healing.
As an actor, I am passionate about the human experience. As a dancer, movement communicates with me on an emotional and spiritual level. I want to continue exploring our human complexities and use that knowledge to balance, strengthen, heal, and elevate.
Around the time I went into yoga teacher training, I became more curious about how I could serve myself holistically: from what I ate to how I moved my body to what activities sparked my joy and how much REST was required to resume in the brightest manner.
I truly believe in the power of retreating. Not necessarily escaping from life… but mindfully withdrawing from the pressures of the disciplined routines we’ve created in order to keep up with this chaotic modern world. Retreating in order to replenish, refuel, and remind ourselves how to thoughtfully imbue beauty and purpose into every moment and every choice we make when we return.

-After settling in and enjoying lunch, enjoy a few hours of free time to explore the resort or simply unwind.
-In the evening, we’ll come together for a 30-minute opening circle before a group welcome dinner, where you'll enjoy a thoughtfully crafted menu that showcases the flavors of Thai cuisine, setting the tone for a week of rejuvenation and connection with nature.
-Start your day with a refreshing breakfast, followed by a grounding 60-minute yoga flow designed to reconnect you with your body and nature.
-Afterward, enjoy some free time to relax, explore the resort's peaceful surroundings, lounge by the pool, or head down to the beach.
-In the evening, prepare for a unique experience with a 60-minute Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath, and Massage session. This practice combines a deeply relaxing atmosphere with healing sounds and massage techniques, allowing you to reach a state of profound calm and inner peace. It's the perfect way to wind down and let go of any tension, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
-Begin your day with a rejuvenating 60-minute Yin Yoga session, a practice that encourages deep stretching and relaxation, allowing your body to release tension and restore balance. This slower-paced style of yoga focuses on longer-held poses, promoting flexibility and mental clarity.
-Enjoy a nourishing breakfast before having some free time to relax or explore.
-In the late afternoon, take a shuttle to the local beach to engage in a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow yoga session at sunset, a more dynamic practice that focuses on the synchronization of breath and movement, helping to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
-Finish the day with a satisfying dinner, reflecting on your journey of physical and mental growth.

-Embark on a heartwarming visit to an Elephant Sanctuary, where you'll have the opportunity to connect with these gentle giants in a respectful and ethical environment. Spend the day learning about the sanctuary's mission, feeding, and interacting with the elephants, all while gaining insight into their conservation efforts. Lunch will be served at the sanctuary, allowing you to enjoy a locally inspired meal surrounded by the beauty of nature.

-In the evening, enjoy a calming 60-minute Yin and Restore yoga session, designed to gently stretch the body while promoting deep relaxation, perfect for releasing any remaining tension and preparing for a restful night ahead.
-After a nourishing breakfast, you’ll get picked up at the resort for an unforgettable adventure.
-A speedboat will take you on a scenic journey to Phang Nga Bay, where you'll explore the serene Hong Island by canoe, gliding through crystal-clear waters and immersing yourself in the stunning limestone karsts.
-Next, visit the iconic James Bond Island, made famous by the film The Man with the Golden Gun.
-After this exciting exploration, enjoy a fresh and flavorful lunch at New Fern restaurant, nestled in the heart of the bay.
-Spend some time after lunch lounging and relaxing at the beach.
-Return to the resort in the afternoon and take some time to refresh.
-Gather for a heartfelt farewell dinner, celebrating the connections made and the rejuvenation achieved throughout the week.
-Conclude your day with a 30-minute Closing Circle, a time to reflect on the journey and share your experiences with the group. We will also have Gentle Evening Stretch to release any built-up tension from the day's activities before retiring for our final night's slumber.
-Enjoy your final breakfast at the resort before checking out and gathering for your group transfer to the airport. While your journey may be ending, the sense of rejuvenation and tranquility will stay with you as you return home.
