-Bienvenidos a México! After landing in Mexico City, your journey begins to find the best tacos that the country has to offer. Once you’ve driven down the colorful metropolis of CDMX, you’ll check into your hotel as you start to feel the buzz of the city’s energy.

-Once you’ve settled in, it’s time to head along the taco trail to eat some of the best street food in the world, where you’ll discover new flavors, textures, and sample salsas that will be sure to bring the heat.

-Once you’ve eaten your way through the streets of CDMX, you’ll head back to the hotel to dream of the tasty tacos from the day.

-Start your day of food-filled adventures with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a transformative taco experience that will set you on the way to taco nirvana in the neighborhood of San Rafael.

-For lunch, feast on the exquisite tacos served at La Taquería El Califa de León, an iconic Michelin-starred gem that elevates tacos to new heights with fresh ingredients and perfected techniques.

-Feast on tender taco de bistec con costra with a crispy layer of cheese on a warm tortilla and wash it down with a refreshing agua fresca or Mexican craft beer to make for the ultimate taco experience.

-Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel before heading out for a day of cultural exploration that provides a glimpse into Mexico’s rich culinary history.

-Head out to visit the Museum Galería Nuestra Cocina Duque de Herde, which showcases Mexican kitchen artifacts, cookware, and more to detail the evolution of Mexican gastronomy. As you stroll through kitchen wares, you'll see how Mexico’s cuisine has been shaped by indigenous and colonial influences. You’ll also discover the pre-Hispanic roots of tacos and how the Aztecs incorporated tortillas into their diet, the ancient tools used to prepare tortillas, and how Mesoamerican cultures used tortillas before the Spanish arrived.

-Savor breakfast at the hotel before checking out and embarking on an adventure to Puebla and Cholula in east-central Mexico. On your journey, witness views of the towering Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl volcanoes.

-After checking in to your hotel in Puebla, a city known for its vibrant architecture and world-renowned gastronomy, you’ll head to explore Museo de la Talavera, a space dedicated to Puebla’s artistic tradition of Talavera pottery. Here you’ll admire the vases, tiles, and plates that share a glimpse into the Spanish and indigenous influences that shaped them.
