bio

Hi, my name is Cassandra (she/they), your Planning & Productivity BFF! I have been an avid journaler and planner since I was probably 8 years old. My mission is to inspire busy Creatives, Leaders, and people to reconnect to themselves through mindful journaling practices.

I started journaling when I was 8 years old as a way to recount my days, which has now turned into a daily part of my routine to braindump my thoughts, process big feelings, and document all the small joys and big accomplishments in my life.

I've found that cultivating a journaling (and planning) practice has helped me to ease my anxiety, allows me to show up more intentionally in my relationships, and creates space to respond and not react in challenging situations. When I started hosting journaling workshops, I saw just how powerful it was to bring together a group of like-minded and creative people who wanted a cozy and intimate space to reflect, share, and connect through journaling and creative activities.

It's hard to make friends as an adult, especially when life is always moving and it seems our schedules just get busier! One of my main goals in hosting these group trips is to provide intentional space and time for folks to reflect and connect, be in community with others, and serve as a place to be able to meet and grow friendships with others you would not have come into contact with otherwise.

Additionally, I know how magical it is to take a journaling practice to a new country and city - incorporating all the cultural aspects, traditions, and more - to learn and connect with yourself and others in a new way. So I'm excited to incorporate 3 things I love all in one group trip: travel, culture, and journaling!

I can't wait to welcome you to this restorative, reflective, and connection-building group trip! One where we get to explore a new culture, city, and cuisine together... and then journal about it!

I hope to see you there!

Your Productivity & Planning BFF,
Cassandra
