bio

I'm Mel. I started traveling full-time in my mid-20s, and have experienced all types of trips from group tours, to solo travel, slow travel, fast travel, long layovers, extended stays, and everything in between. I always say that anyone with the means and ability to travel should take the opportunity, and if you wait for other people to travel with you, you'll never go anywhere. I've found so much joy in helping others take the leap into making travel a regular part of their life. With Tour Hero, I hope to empower people who want to travel 'someday' but aren't sure when, or how, to begin. If you're interested in solo travel but would prefer to start with a community that has your back, or if you want to travel more but can't find others to join you- look no further. I'm so excited to start this adventure with you!
