Mexico welcomes you with open arms to your luxury wellness retreat set in the jungles of Tulum. Upon arrival at the airport, take your group transfer to your exclusive hotel that will invite you to rest, relax, and restore your energy. This is the optimal place to focus on your health and wellness journey, where you can release that which no longer serves you and share your peaks and valleys in a group of like-minded people.
After some free time to get settled, you’ll meet Michelle and come together with the group for an opening share circle and sunset yoga session in the beachside shala to help you ground and center in this tropical paradise. Watch the colors change in the sky as you align your heart and soul with this incredible landscape.
In the evening, we’ll close out the night with a welcome dinner and get to know your fellow retreaters. This retreat is all about luxury, healing, and forging new paths to your goals. Set your intentions and let the good vibes flow!
Wake up to solace in your tropical paradise and breathe in a tranquil day ahead. We’ll start our morning with a sunrise yoga session in the shala – the perfect way to ground, center, and align. After breakfast, you’ll have a workshop with Michelle to focus even more on your wellness. After lunch, you'll have a session of journaling and free time to enjoy the famed sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of Tulum. We’ll close out the day with dinner and wind down with yoga and meditation each night.
Rise and shine with the sun for our morning yoga session that will leave us feeling energized and ready for more Tulum adventures. Post-lunch and journaling, you'll have some free time to spend as you please. Where will you spend your relaxing moments today? At the pool, on the beach, or maybe you’re ready to book an excursion to the neighboring ruins or hidden cenotes. No matter what you choose, we’ll come together and share our experiences over dinner before closing out the night with yoga and meditation. Enjoy it all!
After morning yoga, refuel with breakfast followed by a workshop with Michelle. After lunch, a cenote tour awaits — our highlight for the day.
In the evening, we’ll come together for a sunset yoga session. This will be followed by our farewell dinner, a time meant for reflection, connection, and delicious healthy fare. What have you learned? What have you released? What are your new goals when you return home? Start saying your goodbyes and toast to new beginnings in everything health and wellness.
Our final day has arrived, one that will feel bittersweet with all the work we’ve accomplished. We’ll start the day with morning yoga to prepare us for our travels home, then close out the retreat with one final ceremony. From here, fuel up for the journey with breakfast and take your group transfer to the airport to catch your flight.
