-Welcome to Italy! Touch down at Verona Catullo Airport, meet up with your travel group for the first time, and our group transfer will whisk you away to La Vimea, your serene sanctuary nestled in the heart of nature.

-Later in the afternoon, we’ll come together for an opening circle, setting intentions for the days ahead. A Flow to Yin and Pranayama session will move you gently through our first session. -Afterward, enjoy an afternoon of free time. You could dive into the resort’s pools, with an indoor and outdoor venue to choose from to enjoy a swim.
-In the afternoon, we’ll gather for a deeply restorative yoga and sound bath session. As soothing vibrations wash over you, feel your heart open and your mind quiet, an invitation to invite the vibrations in and let the healing frequencies work their magic.
-We’ll round out the day with dinner, a time to reflect, connect, and savor the beauty of slowing down.
-Rise and shine for another morning Mandala Vinyasa yoga class, flowing through circular sequences designed to open the heart and awaken the breath. With each movement, you'll cultivate a sense of inner freedom.
-The afternoon offers space to unwind or explore. Wander the surrounding gardens, journal, or participate in a forest bathing experience (not included in price, see add-ons). No matter what you choose, the journey will reveal more dimensions of the beauty we are immersed in.
-Later, we’ll come together for an evening of Yin yoga and meditation, a gentle yet profound practice that encourages stillness and introspection. This session is all about softening, creating space within, and allowing the breath to guide you toward deeper self-love and surrender.

With bags packed and hearts full, the group transfer will take you back to Verona Catullo Airport, where the journey officially comes to an end.
