-Begin your day with an invigorating Vinyasa yoga practice, flowing through postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance. Our first wholesome, tasty breakfast here follows.
-Dive into a hands-on cooking class, learning the art of preparing delicious and healthy Costa Rican cuisine. Discover the vibrant flavors of the region and connect with the local culture through food. Then, we are headed out on a botanical walk, exploring the lush surroundings and connecting with the wisdom of nature.
-Enjoy some free time to relax and rejuvenate. Perhaps take a dip in the pool, soak up the sun, or simply enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings.
-Gather for a workshop on the art of intention setting, learning techniques to clarify your goals and manifest your desires.
-Connect with your fellow retreaters and share your experiences over dinner after our workshop, sharing all that you have learned so far and what you expect to come next.
-Start your day with a focused barre practice, toning your muscles and improving your balance.
-Fuel your day with a yummy breakfast, providing your body with the energy needed for the adventures ahead.

-Our practice this morning focuses on sun salutations, welcoming the warmth of the morning sun and stretching your body. Breakfast follows, which you can enjoy at your pace.

-We will reconvene together for dinner this evening, followed by a sunset beach meditation. As the sun sinks into the horizon, let the gratitude you feel for our experiences here thus far ignite your spirit for what is to come next.
-Connect with your breath and find your inner rhythm with our morning Vinyasa yoga practice, then eat up our breakfast spread served fresh and fast as always.
-Embark on a thrilling water activity, whether it's surfing, kayaking, or snorkeling. Connect with the ocean's energy and feel a sense of freedom and adventure.
-After your aquatic adventure, relax and restore with a calming Yin yoga practice. Then, it’s time for dinner, refueling us after an action-packed day.
-We begin our last day together as we have all the days before, with an invigorating fitness practice – this time, vinyasa yoga. After, we will write a letter to our future selves, envisioning who we are to become and what they would share with us today.
-We will have breakfast and then a free day to explore our own way. Will you make it a high-energy day to end our time in Costa Rica on a high note, or relax on a low-key itinerary that promotes reflection and rejuvenation? There’s no wrong answer!
-We come together again tonight for our closing ceremony and farewell dinner, bringing together all that we have experienced alongside each other in a time of celebration of each other and ourselves.
