-Today begins the journey of releasing old patterns and settling into a new rhythm. After landing at Lisbon International Airport, you’ll hop on our group transfer straight to Shamballah Yoga Retreats – an oasis designed for rest and renewal.
-Once you arrive, take your time to settle in, explore the lush surroundings, or simply slow down with a cup of tea. Let the warmth of Portugal and the vibrant energy of the retreat space begin to work their magic.
-We’ll gather at 6:00 pm for our official Kick Off session – two hours dedicated to grounding ourselves, setting intentions, and connecting with fellow travelers. Expect a gentle introduction to the principles of embodied pattern release, plus some time to share hopes and visions for the week ahead.
-Finally, we’ll wrap up the day with a welcome dinner, where we’ll toast to the start of this transformative adventure. What are you ready to release? What are you ready to call in? The time is now.

-By 1:00 pm, lunch will nourish your body, giving you time to recharge for the enriching afternoon ahead.
-Dive into a 4-hour bodywork session, exploring a mix of Somatic Yoga, Embodied Pattern Release, Breathwork, and Meditation throughout the week. This immersive time will guide you to connect with your body’s wisdom while releasing what’s no longer serving you.
-We’ll close the day with a communal dinner, where connection, reflection, and conversation will guide us into the night.
-For the next three days, we’ll follow the same steady flow – starting each morning with a gentle Qi Gong session, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Our ‘Brain Food’ workshop keeps the mental gears turning before lunch, then after a midday break, it’s time to dive into four hours of Bodywork. By dinnertime, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to reflect on the day’s insights, bond with new friends, and get ready to do it all again tomorrow.
