Welcome to your DREAM retreat ! My name is Pauline and I am a registered yoga teacher from Bali, Indonesia and currently based in the Outer Banks, North Carolina where I teach mindfulness classes incorporating yoga, meditation and sound healing. I also host sound bath events and wellness retreats around the world.
This retreat is designed for you to feel relaxation at the deepest level and to elevate you. My yoga classes focus on gentle flows, restorative and yin with sound healing. The classes will be guided daily morning and evening to deliver exactly what you need in that moment.
You have your days free to explore the beautiful paradise or if you need extra support I will be available for additional private sessions offering reiki and sound healing.

Welcome to Tulum, Mexico! You’re set for 5 days of pure relaxation in the form of healthy food, yoga sessions, and long hours spent on the beach. With nothing to do but focus on your own wellness in a magical location, you’ll be able to find your center and let go of the stresses that have been holding you back.
Each day begins with a morning yoga practice. As the sun rises over the sea, you’ll stretch out your body and energize yourself for the day ahead. It’s then off to breakfast, your first meal of the day prepared with a focus on fresh, wholesome ingredients.
Following this, your day will be free until the evening. Take a surf lesson on Tulum’s peaceful waves, explore some nearby ruins, or simply sit back and sink into the luxurious feeling of peace that’s found on the coast. As the day sinks into night, go to a final yoga session, eat some dinner, and climb into bed for a night of perfect rest.
