Who are we and what distinguishes our retreat from others?
Dr. Tracy and Kate extend an invitation to tap into their extensive background in psychology, counselling, teaching, and healing, spanning over thirty years.
We both grew up in Kent, England and first met at school at the age of 11 years old. Although life took us in different directions, we connected again in London at university, sharing student accommodation and the exciting experience of leaving home and becoming adults out in the big, wide world.
Life again took us on different journeys until 2013, when our paths crossed by chance. By then we both had families and had developed similar interests and careers – Tracy as a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, and Kate as a Teacher and Psychotherapist. Together, we share an innate drive to help people heal the wounds and trauma often caused by the damaging connections they have made.
We are professionally trained in various psychological therapies, and we are also qualified in yoga and meditation and aromatherapy, so we combine both psychological and spiritual methods to empower you to heal. We'll guide you to connect with nature, your higher self, and your ancestral narrative to start your transformative journey.
Professionally, we practise as therapists & holistic healers, so on our retreat we will combine a variety of psychological and spiritual approaches to facilitate your healing journey. By fostering a connection with nature, your higher self, and your ancestral narrative, we invite you to embark on a transformative path.
During the retreat, you will be able to participate in breathwork, yoga, meditation, and shamanic practice.
In addition, our engaging and interactive workshops will guide you through various therapeutic approaches to work somatically with your body, to regulate your nervous system and your emotional responses, to deepen your self-awareness, to explore your core beliefs and values and enhance your ability to make conscious connections in your interpersonal relationships.
Through this process, you will identify unhelpful recurring patterns in your life and learn how to break free from them, returning home with a toolkit of therapeutic self-care practices and a deeper understanding of who you are in the world.

What is our Retreat Purpose?
To build a conscious reconnection with self, as a foundation for conscious connections in other relationships. This is not only romantic attachments but friendships, colleagues and family too.
Conscious relationships allow us to be seen, heard, understood and appreciated. They allow us to understand the impact we have on ourselves and others through the communication that we engage in. Conscious relationships permit us to be our authentic selves, as there is a sense of safety – they are a healthy, mutual and growth permitting environment.
