Join us for a 5-day immersive retreat designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and purpose through intentional movement, healing rituals, and nourishing practices.
From morning Pilates under the sun to grounding cacao ceremonies, this retreat is your invitation to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and step into alignment. Together, we’ll create space for clarity, joy, and self-love in one of the most magical corners of Mexico.

-The vibrant shores of Mexico welcome you. Arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN) and get ready for a smooth group transfer to your retreat destination, Amaite Retreat, where the magic begins.
-Once you check in, we’ll kick things off with a powerful Welcome Ceremony at 4:30 pm. This session sets the tone for the retreat, featuring guided journaling to help you tap into your intentions, followed by a serene sound bath to calm your mind and center your energy.
-At 6:30 pm, we’ll enjoy a nourishing, plant-based dinner to fuel your body with fresh, local ingredients.
-Then, at 8:00 pm, wind down with a relaxing Sunset Pilates & Breathwork session, connecting your body, breath, and the stunning surroundings as the sun dips below the horizon. Day one is all about grounding yourself and setting the stage for transformation – this is just the start.
-Begin your day with an early wake up call for a revitalizing Morning Pilates Flow, as the sound of the waves sets the perfect backdrop for stretching, strengthening, and grounding. Breakfast fuels the day afterwards.
-Then, dive into our wellness workshop, Letting Go & Realignment. We’ll explore the power of releasing what no longer serves you and creating room to invite in more good.
-The afternoon is yours to enjoy following lunch, with some free time for a spa treatment, a stroll along the beach, or a peaceful journaling session.
-At 4:00 pm, we’ll embark on a Guided Nature Walk, followed by a reflection exercise to deepen your connection to nature and self.
-After a nourishing dinner at 6:30 pm, wrap up your day with an intimate Evening Candlelit Pilates & Sound Healing session, designed to calm your mind and soothe your body under the stars, sending you to bed refreshed and at peace. Sweet dreams!
-Rise and shine at 7:30 am with a Pilates Strength & Stretch class, designed to challenge your body and increase flexibility. Breakfast awaits you afterwards.
-Later, dive deep into our Empowerment & Alignment workshop, where we’ll explore how to harness your inner strength, then work to create clear goals and visions for your journey to come.
-Lunch gives you a chance to refuel before the afternoon's adventure. A group activity is to follow (check back for more details!).
-Afterward, we’ll gather for a delicious dinner, then end the day with a calming Restorative Breathwork & Group Sharing Circle. We’ll come together to reflect, connect, and recharge through the power of our breath and our testimony.
-A calming session of Morning Mindful Movement & Meditation begins our final full day here in Tulum.
-After a nourishing breakfast at 9:00 am, join us at 10:30 am for a powerful Cacao Ceremony & Self-Reflection Practice, where we’ll explore deep connection with ourselves and the present moment through this sacred ritual.

-In the afternoon, gather for our Manifest & Align closing workshop at 3:00 pm, where we’ll reflect on our journey and set clear intentions for moving forward with purpose and alignment.
-A delicious farewell dinner at 6:30 pm will be followed by a Gratitude Circle, where we’ll share our experiences and appreciation for this transformative retreat.
-A serene Closing meditation closes our evening, grounding you in gratitude and peace as your journey concludes – a beautiful way to wrap up this life-changing experience.
-Your final morning begins with a special Final Sunrise Pilates & Breathwork session at 7:30 am, where you’ll soak in the early morning energy, stretch into the horizon, and breathe deeply to close the retreat with clarity and calm.
-Following breakfast and gathering our things, we check out and return to CUN for our flights at 10:30 am.
