Indonesia > Balance in Bali: Adventure, Ceremony, & Connection with Diahni

Bali is calling, and we’re answering with a retreat that balances wild freedom and sacred stillness. One minute we’re muddy and flying through jungle trails on an ATV, and the next we’re standing waist-deep in a sacred river during a purification ritual at Taman Beji Griya, releasing what no longer serves. We’ll wander through the sacred chaos of Ubud Market, lock eyes with the cheeky monkeys of the Ubud Monkey Forest, and sit under the stars for a traditional Balinese dance performance. There's also a day at the Elephant Safari Park where we'll connect with these gentle beings — feeding them, learning their stories, and even riding through the lush forest with them. Between all that, expect grounding moments at Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, misty waterfalls at Gitgit, golden light at Tanah Lot, and plenty of slow mornings to reflect and just be. This trip is for the ones craving depth, connection, movement, and the kind of joy that sneaks up on you when you're least expecting it.

Details
Day 1 · March 3, 2026
Arrival vibes and sacred grounds

-Welcome to Bali, beautiful soul! As soon as you step foot into this lush, energy-rich land, you’ll feel it: the vibration here is different.

-After arriving and settling into the peaceful oasis of Uma Dawa Resort, the day is yours to soften, breathe deep, and sink into presence.

-This sacred space will be your sanctuary for the coming days, where jungle sounds lull you to sleep and sunrise mist greets your morning.

Day 2 · March 4, 2026
Monkey magic and royal streets

-We’re starting wild — literally. Today we head into the heart of Ubud and walk among sacred mischief at the Ubud Monkey Forest, a lush sanctuary where long-tailed macaques roam free and playful.

-These guardians of the forest have lived here for centuries, among ancient temple ruins wrapped in vines.

-Then we’ll weave through the bustling Ubud Market, a kaleidoscope of colors, scents, and textures, before visiting the majestic Ubud Palace.

-The day ends with a cultural feast: dinner under the stars while watching a traditional Balinese dance, a hypnotic celebration of spirit, rhythm, and heritage.

Day 3 · March 5, 2026
Jungle liberation and sunset ease

-Ready to shake up your soul? Today we go off-road. We ride ATVs through mud, jungle, and raw freedom. This is your moment to let go, laugh loudly, and feel your power in motion. Covered in earth, you’ll feel more grounded than ever.

-After the thrill, we slow down at Cretya Sunset, where nature and calm beauty collide. From there, it’s free time. Take a dip, journal, nap — whatever your spirit needs.

Day 4 · March 6, 2026
Elephant encounters and elevated moments

-Journey deeper into reverence with a visit to the Elephant Safari Park, a conservation sanctuary that honors these wise, gentle giants. You’ll connect with them in quiet, respectful moments.

-There’s an art gallery and film to ground you in their story, and a treetop walk that gives you the sense of floating above it all. This day is pure heart-medicine: a chance to connect to something ancient, enormous, and sacred.

Day 5 · March 7, 2026
Waters of release and a shift to the coast

-We begin the day in sacred waters. At Taman Beji Griya, we’ll step into a powerful purification ritual, wading through waterfalls that wash away what no longer serves. You’ll leave lighter for sure.

-After lunch, we transition to the coast, arriving in Seminyak, where beachy bliss meets high vibrational luxury. New scenery, new energy, same soulful you.

Day 6 · March 8, 2026
Temples and dreamscapes

-Today is a visual dreamscape, but also a spiritual pilgrimage. We begin at Ulun Danu Beratan, a floating temple dedicated to water, set against misty mountains like a postcard.

-Then, a photo moment at the Handara Gate that is not just iconic, but symbolic.

-We’ll explore Gitgit Waterfall and finally watch the sun kiss the sea at Tanah Lot, one of Bali’s most revered ocean temples. Every stop today is a threshold — a mirror of your own transformation.

Day 7 · March 9, 2026
Integration and beach energy

-This is your integration day. No plans, just vibes. Sleep in, walk the beach, sip something iced with your toes in the sand. You’ve gone deep, and now you float.

-Let your nervous system recalibrate. You’ve opened, softened, laughed, cried — now let it land. This is the exhale.

Day 8 · March 10, 2026
New beginnings

-We rise with gratitude for this island, this journey, this new version of you. After one last slow breakfast, we check out and head to the airport.

-But know this: the retreat might end, but the ripple continues. You’re taking the energy of Bali home with you — grounded, wild, open, whole.
