-Touch down at Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport in Liberia, the vibrant heart of Costa Rica’s Guanacaste province. From there, you’ll transfer to the hotel for check-in.
-The evening is yours to relax and acclimate, whether you want to take a stroll through the hotel grounds, listen to the sounds of the tropics, or let anticipation build for the adventures ahead. Liberia, known as the “White City” for its sun-bleached colonial buildings, is your launchpad for exploring Costa Rica’s wild side.
-Fuel up with a hearty breakfast before heading out for a two-hour hike in Rincón de la Vieja National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its geothermal wonders and biodiversity. The Las Pailas trail winds through tropical dry forest and past bubbling mud pots, steaming fumaroles, and vibrant wildlife — keep your eyes peeled for howler monkeys, coatis, and exotic birds!
