Hello! I'm Chloe Burany @chloeburany on IG. As a content creator from a busy city, I know firsthand how overwhelming life can get when you're constantly on the go. I curated this Costa Rica getaway as a chance to pause, reconnect, and breathe deeply — surrounded by nature’s beauty and good energy.

What makes this trip even more special is my passion for building genuine connections with women. I truly believe in the magic that happens when women come together to support, inspire, and uplift one another — and I wanted to create a space for just that.

From ocean views and jungle adventures to meaningful conversations and moments of stillness, this experience is about resetting your soul and forming bonds that last far beyond the trip.

If you love the beach, yoga and overall wellness this is for you!

Let’s unwind, explore, and grow — together. 💛🌴

Coastal welcomes in Costa Rica

-Welcome to Costa Rica travelers! Upon arrival in Costa Rica at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) you’ll meet up with your group for a week full of adventure and will be whisked to your hotel in the heart of the tropical escape of Quepos.

-After checking in, you’ll take some time to get settled before heading out for a welcome dinner at a local restaurant, where you’ll savor delicious flavors while toasting to the week ahead.

Day 2 · March 17, 2026
Sunrise serenity and moving through the mangroves

-Start your morning with a gentle yoga session led by a local instructor, surrounded by the tranquil sounds of the tropics. Take this opportunity to connect with your surrounding environment and channel some good energy for the day.

-Later on, get going on a guided mangrove kayaking adventure through the estuarine waterways of Damas Island. Glide beneath lush canopies and into natural canals, spotting herons, monkeys, sloths, and more animals that make up Costa Rica’s mangrove ecosystem.

-A typical Costa Rican lunch will be served before or after your paddle, and the rest of the afternoon is yours to relax by the pool, explore Quepos, or simply soak in the laid-back rhythm of Manuel Antonio.

Day 3 · March 18, 2026
The trails that lead to Manuel Antonio National Park

-After a nourishing breakfast at the hotel, head over to have the entire day to explore the renowned Manuel Antonio National Park. Walk along the scenic trails to seek out the rich biodiversity of the area, and see if you can spot species like sloths, capuchin monkeys, and vibrant toucans. Your guide will help you spot the wildlife that you might otherwise miss.

-After your nature walk, spend some free time enjoying the park’s postcard-worthy beaches like Playa Espadilla Sur or Playa Manuel Antonio, where turquoise waters and soft white sand invite you to swim, sunbathe, or simply unwind in paradise.

Day 4 · March 19, 2026
Waterfall rejuvenation

-Wake up fresh with some breakfast at the hotel before setting out for an ultimate adventure on a 4x4 deep into lush jungles, followed by a guided walk to reach Nauyaca Waterfalls, one of Costa Rica’s most breathtaking natural landmarks. Gaze in amazement at the towering cascades and crystal-clear pools, which is perfect for a refreshing swim.

-After walking or riding your vehicle back through the forested trails, eat lunch in the surf town of Dominical at a local restaurant before heading back along the Pacific coast to discover a couple of hidden beaches, ideal for soaking in the ocean breeze before returning to Manuel Antonio for a relaxed evening and some free time to do as you wish.

Day 5 · March 20, 2026
The jungle comes alive at night

-Begin the day on the right note with breakfast at the hotel before stretching it out with a morning yoga session, getting your mind and body right before hopping into the day’s activities.

-Then, you’ll have some time to soak in some free time to explore local shops, relax on the beach, or seek out more of Manuel Antonio’s coastal jungle wonders.

-Afterwards, return to your hotel and get ready for the night’s exploration. As night falls, embark on a guided walk into Costa Rica’s lush rainforest, where your naturalist guide will point out the nocturnal activity as the jungle comes to life with a chorus of chirps and calls. You might even spot some frogs, snakes, lizards, and more on the jungle floor and climbing on the trees.

Day 6 · March 21, 2026
Sailing into the sunset along the coastline

-After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some free time to rest up and relax in Manuel Antonio. Perhaps take this opportunity to take a nature walk or another walk along the beach.

-Then, head out for a five-hour catamaran cruise along the Pacific coast. Sail past rocky cliffs and offshore islands, keeping an eye out for dolphins and seabirds. You’ll anchor in the beautiful Biesanz Bay for snorkeling and sunbathing - you can even splash down some waterslides onboard! While you’re snorkeling, keep an eye out for parrotfish and starfish.

-Savor a barbecue-style late lunch on deck as the sun dips toward the horizon.
