Day 2 · July 27, 2026
Canyoning and ziplining in Turrialba's rainforest

-Rise and shine to jungle sounds and the purity of Turrialba’s natural landscapes. Start your day with a hearty breakfast and prepare for an exhilarating canyoning adventure in the rainforest.

-This thrilling experience will take you through the lush jungles of Turrialba, where you'll rappel down four stunning waterfalls, ranging from 10 to 40 meters in height. Along the way, you’ll hike through verdant rainforest, navigate rock formations shaped by rushing water, and zip-line over waterfalls.

-Head back to the hotel, and enjoy the rest of the day as you please.

Day 3 · July 28, 2026
Rafting rapids and volcano views

-After breakfast, get ready for a legendary whitewater rafting experience on the Pacuare River, considered one of the most beautiful and thrilling rafting rivers in the world. As you navigate class III and IV rapids, you’ll pass through steep canyons and cascading waterfalls, surrounded by lush jungle.

-Enjoy a riverside lunch before drying off and transferring to the Arenal region, where you’ll check into your next destination.

-Enjoy a free night to explore La Fortuna, or simply relax at the lodge.

Day 4 · July 29, 2026
A journey through history and nature on on El Silencio Trail

-This morning, embark on a guided hike along the El Silencio Trail, a 5-mile trek that takes you through rich tropical rainforest and fields, with stunning views of Arenal Volcano. Along the way, you’ll pass through ancient lava fields from the 1968 eruption and have the chance to observe diverse wildlife, including birds, sloths, and monkeys. The trail also offers a reflective moment at Las Cruces, a memorial to the victims of the eruption.

-The hike culminates at a serene green lagoon, a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica's untouched nature.

-Return to the lodge, and enjoy some R&R.

Day 5 · July 30, 2026
A taste of Costa Rica

-Begin your day with a hearty breakfast, then head to a local riverside ranch for a hands-on culinary experience.

-A welcoming local family will guide you through the traditional process of preparing a casado lunch, a beloved Costa Rican dish made with organic ingredients harvested from the ranch’s farm. Learn how to make tortillas and discover how food is intertwined with culture, heritage, and community.

Cancellation policy

Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.

Refunds for balance payment
If you cancel your trip on or before May 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM local time (GMT -6), you will get a refund of the remaining balance. This may or may not include the deposit amount. See deposit refund section above.

If you cancel your trip from May 23, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time (GMT -6) onwards, no refunds will be issued.
