bio

Hey, I’m Joseph Tito—author, content creator, and full-time dad. After years of nonstop chaos (twin toddlers, work, life…), I realized something big: parents and caregivers rarely give themselves permission to pause. That’s why I curated this trip—a space to reset, reconnect, and breathe again.

We’ll move slowly. Think yoga under the trees, breathwork by waterfalls, honest conversations, and maybe a few quiet tears that feel surprisingly good. It’s about finding your voice again—the one that gets lost under laundry piles and endless to-do lists.

The wildest thing I’ve done while traveling? Probably cliff diving in Greece on a dare... but honestly, choosing stillness in a loud world? That might be wilder.

This retreat is for anyone craving calm, clarity, and connection—with themselves and each other. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
