New Zealand is home to a rich diversity of flora and fauna. This includes over 200 species of native birds<\/span>, many of which are endemic to the country, meaning they are not found anywhere else in the world. Alongside kea parrots and sweet\u2013singing tui, you\u2019ll also find many flightless bird species such as the lovable kakapo, the chubby takahe, and the bizarre little kiwi.
