This nature retreat has been designed to keep in mind what the modern human being is in need of. Awe, presence, self-care, and connection to nature and thyself. Autumn. Nature. Swiss Alps. Would you like to be a part of this immersive retreat and experience nature in a “natural open-air painting gallery” where the paintings are alive and will astonish you? This journey is designed for a small group of individuals to keep the intimacy, authenticity and calm of the experience. Wake up in an authentic Swiss cabin in the middle of the forest, next to a wild mountain river. It is here that awe reaches your soul for good. Autumn is one of the most beautiful times to experience in the Alps, when nature truly becomes an artist.
During this retreat, all activities will be facilitated by a professional forest therapy guide and coach, as well as a yoga and mindfulness teacher. Registered participants will receive detailed information as well as a list of things to bring for the trip.
Our retreat is based in a pristine alpine village — we will stay in an authentic historical hotel that, due to its design and natural surroundings, feels like home. It is more than 100 years old, inviting you to experience a relic of the past while also giving you a modern touch and a high-quality setting for a comfortable stay. Loetschental Valley is a resourceful place for human beings in search of inspiration, relaxation and communing with nature. Majestic summits seem to embrace the surrounding villages nestled in larch forests. Tumbling streams and tranquil lakes add the finishing touches to this idyllic decor. The village we will be based in is situated in a peaceful setting surrounded by these majestic summits, blessed with a panoramic view of the valley. This wild region is quickly and easily accessible by car or Swiss public transport, but at the same time is also far from stress and noise.
