Head to Jorox, a lush and spiritually-rich Spanish village, for the start of your 8-day retreat
Your journey towards holistic health and happiness begins today! After landing in Spain, you'll be whisked away to Jorox, a quiet hamlet in the hills that provides the ideal space for introspection. After checking into our retreat center, you'll have a bit of time to relax and feel a sense of harmony before we come together as a group for a session of relaxing hatha yoga. Feel the force inside you as you enter different poses and find your breath. Afterwards, we'll head to a dinner buffet complete with nutrient-dense and healthful food. Chat with your fellow retreat-goers, start setting your intentions, and get ready to begin activating your chakras tomorrow!
Day 2 · May 13, 2024
Start your journey through the chakras by focusing on your 1st and 2nd chakra
Good morning! It's a beautiful day in Jorox, and we're going to jump right into our wellness activities for the day. The morning is filled with enriching practices centered around your 1st and 2nd chakras. We will be working our way through all of our chakras over the course of this trip, so it only makes sense to begin with our root chakra (our grounding source and the center of our basic needs) before moving upwards. Yoga and stretching will help you build energy before you release it outwards to give glory to our Mother. The session will end with a meditation that will help you activate your mind and manifest success for yourself.
After a spot of free time in the afternoon, we'll move onto our second workshop of the day. Find balance with yoga and beautiful meditation before we head to our dinner buffet, once again giving our bodies and souls the fuel they need to propel us along this personal journey.

Continue your progress with powerful yoga and healing
We'll be briefly pausing our focus on our chakras today; instead, we'll begin the day with a morning powerful flow session with a focus on dynamic movements and efficiency. It's an excellent, energizing way to awaken yourself. From here, you'll have some luxurious free time that you can use however you'd like. Relax in your room, walk the lush grounds of the retreat, or help yourself to a self-care focused spa treatment. In the evening, a transformative session of energy healing will begin. Kundalini yoga and breathing exercises will send healing energy throughout your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and reborn.
Day 4 · May 15, 2024
Begin work on your 3rd chakra and experience an introductory aura-soma session
Today brings new and exciting opportunities for growth, so rise with gratitude and get ready to meet in the yoga hall for our first session. We'll be shifting our focus up to our 3rd chakra by utilizing our solar plexus, core, and arms in our morning movements. Then, after a delicious breakfast buffet, Svetlana will introduce you to something truly transformative: aura-soma, a color therapy practice where Equilibrium bottles are used to strengthen your aura and promote a deeper connection with your own inner wisdom. During this session, you'll also receive a forecast for your 2024 and 2025, providing insight into your future and helping you make a plan for manifestation. We'll complete the day with one more yoga session, this time focused on our 4th chakra which governs our heart zones.

Develop new manifestation and self-expression techniques with powerful yoga and meditation practices
Rise and prepare to flourish. Our morning session today is focused on the 5th or throat chakra. Absolutely key in expression, communication, and manifestation, we'll use yoga and meditation to activate this chakra and unlock new possibilities for us. Feel your confidence build as you strengthen the link between your mind and your body, allowing your thoughts and feelings to flow freely out of you without judgment. Free time for the rest of the day will give you the gift of tranquil privacy that you can use for introspection and reflection. A dinner buffet will end the day; come together with the group and continue practicing self-expression in a supportive, engaged environment.
Day 6 · May 17, 2024
Follow the path to your 6th chakra and activate your 3rd eye
The sun has risen on our 6th day in Jorox, and we are naturally going to continue along our wellness path by moving onto our 6th chakra. The third eye governs divine abilities such as telepathy, concentration, and wisdom, so it is absolutely key to give it proper attention. Different yoga poses will help you make contact with your third eye as you begin to activate new parts of your spiritual being.
After breakfast, we will attend a mandala workshop. An exercise in unbridled creativity, we will begin with aura-soma before creating a mandala template that will help you visualize the inherent harmony of the universe. The workshop will end with Svetlana giving each participant a description using aura-soma language. Moving onto the evening, we'll come together as a group once again for a short lecture/Q&A session on the 8 Limbs of the Yoga Path. Listen intently, ask any questions that might arise, and allow your curiosity to bloom as your knowledge grows. This lecture will end up a session of pair yoga where you can simply have fun and move intuitively with your and a partner's bodies.
Day 7 · May 18, 2024
Use yoga to connect with your 7th chakra on our final full day in Spain
We've reached the final full day of our Spanish wellness retreat, and that means we'll be turning our focus towards our 7th chakra: the crown chakra. After a morning meditation utilizing aura-soma products, we will use invigorating flow yoga to activate this key chakra that serves as our spiritual center. This session will act as a culmination of all of our progress so far: your mind and body will feel in total balance once we are complete. The day will end as always with a delicious dinner buffet. Take some time to celebrate the inner journey you've just completed and begin making plans for continued progress!

Enjoy a final breakfast in Spain before saying goodbye to this amazing retreat center
Our retreat may be coming to a close today, but your story has only just begun. The progress you have made here has been incredible, but you now have a solid foundation to continue working on your wellness every day. By simply trusting the process, you can move forward feeling empowered and confident. One final breakfast will signal the end of our time; make your way to the airport at your leisure and fly home. Safe travels!
