Last May, Flow with Rosie hosted a Root to Rise Retreat in Samana, Dominican Republic, at the Dominican Treehouse Village. This retreat was a wellness journey back to self. It was a time to disconnect from your everyday life and responsibilities and a time to connect with yourself.

As the sun rises over Mallorca, start your day immersed in mindfulness through meditation, setting a serene tone and connecting you to the present moment. Follow this session with a nourishing breakfast, fueling both body and spirit. From here, we’ll embark on a hike through the forest to a stunning viewpoint and greet the sun in another meditation exercise.

The remainder of our days offer ample free time to nourish the soul. Indulge in some personal time at the spa, an opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate with the treatments of your choosing. Lunch and dinner will be taken care of to ensure every moment of your stay is hassle-free.

Spend the day as you please before coming together in the evening for a sacred ceremony

Today begins with yoga and meditation, setting a peaceful and introspective tone, followed by a nourishing breakfast. From here, the day is completely yours for the taking to relax by the pool, partake in an on-site activity, or head off the property and explore. When the sun sets, we’ll come together for a sacred ceremony, solidifying all the inner work we’ve done thus far.

Sound healing, oracle cards, and vision boarding fill our time in paradise

Our morning begins with a mindfulness session complete with sound healing, card pulls, and journaling. From here, we’ll refuel with breakfast, then focus on creating some vision boards to hone our view of the future. Savor a delightful lunch and ample free time in the afternoon, leading into a communal dinner. End the day with a reflection session, a chance to internalize and appreciate the day's experiences, fostering deeper self-awareness and relaxation.

Day 6 · October 29, 2024

Use your last full day to enjoy the property and close out an epic retreat

Our final full day here in Mallorca begins with mindfulness, breakfast, and free time to enjoy the spa. While most of the day is free and clear, we’ll come together for a farewell dinner, where we can connect and take some photos to memorialize this transformative experience. Lastly, we’ll participate in our closing ceremony, a time to share, reflect, and start saying our goodbyes.
