TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until December 26, 2024. If the departure is canceled out of your control, you will be alerted by this date and will receive a full refund.
In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.
Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refunds for fully-paid trips
You may change or cancel your trip up until December 26, 2024 for a refund, excluding the deposit amount. After this time, no refunds will be given. You can change or cancel your trip in your TourHero account by clicking on Your Trips.
Trip cancellation due to COVID-19
A full credit will be issued if the tour is canceled when there is full border closure due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. This credit can go towards booking a future TourHero tour. We are very pleased to have you here with us for a rejuvenating and restorative getaway in St. Lucia! Over the next few days, partake in a variety of activities to help you recharge your mind, body, and soul. Once you arrive on the island, make your own way to the accommodation, get checked into your all-inclusive paradise, meet and greet your fellow travel companions, and let this dreamy Caribbean escape begin!
Day 2 · January 15, 2025
Experience the art of cocoa production and chocolate-making with Hotel Chocolat
This morning, discover the magic of chocolate-making with a unique Hotel Chocolat tour that begins with a gentle sail to Soufriere via catamaran. You'll be introduced to the “Bean to Bar” process with a tutorial on cocoa production. Then, craft your own chocolate bar using estate-grown cocoa! Enjoy lunch at the restaurant, featuring a la carte dishes where each item — sweet or savory — incorporates the use of cocoa!
Upon returning to the resort, dinner is on your own to relax and enjoy.
Day 3 · January 16, 2025
Embark on an incredible half-day tour to the Soufriere Volcano for a mud bath experience like no other
Indulge in a leisurely breakfast and enjoy a slow morning to soak in the incredible vibes of St. Lucia.
We'll engage in a light group workout, set our intentions for today, and map out our directional paths on the 'tropical compass' path exclusively designed for our experience.
After a short break and light lunch – around 12:30 pm – you'll enjoy an experience like no other on a half-day tour to the semi-active drive-in Soufriere Volcano (via air-conditioned bus) for a healing bath in the therapeutic waters that spring from the craters. Enjoy amazing views of the island along the way. Drinks and a light snack will be provided on this tour. Remember your swimwear! Do bring along a towel, sunscreen, and practical footwear for your comfort.
Day 4 · January 17, 2025
After morning exercise, enjoy a free and easy day — relax, unwind, and get into the laid-back St. Lucia spirit
We'll begin the day with a light and energizing workout together, and after breakfast, settle in for some group activities building on our experience from the last couple of days.
We'll spend the morning outlining our belief plans and defining our 'trust factor'.
After a light lunch, you'll enjoy some free time this afternoon or take advantage of some time for private coaching.
Dinner will be on your own to relax and enjoy the resort.
Day 5 · January 18, 2025
Enjoy a free day after morning exercise — fall in love with St. Lucia even more! Then, embark on a sunset cruise in the evening
Today, we'll begin our day with an energizing workout together and breakfast.
We'll spend this morning building and crafting our self-care plans using our new belief plans that align with our future direction.
We'll enjoy a light lunch together and then set out on an afternoon excursion to see more of the island. We'll do a unique vision casting activity into your future, capitalizing on the high energy and beauty of our surroundings.
Before the sun starts to set, we'll board a catamaran for a cruise to enjoy the twilight hours. Have dinner together as a group afterwards and enjoy time in good company, sharing your experiences with one another.

It's time to say goodbye to this island paradise
It’s the final day of this retreat — we hope you had a wonderful journey in connecting with your mind, body, and spirit. After one last breakfast, it’s time to check out and leave the resort behind. We hope to see you again — travel safe!
