Hi friend! My name is Dev. I am an an international yoga educator currently rooted in the Pacific Northwest - however you can often find me off on exciting adventures exploring new countries as I lead transformational yoga retreats all over the world! I provide mentorship and yoga education to both yoga practitioners and teachers; supporting my students with loving guidance both on and off the mat as we unlock their highest potential. A little about my back story - I have been deeply introspective, questioning, and curious from a young age. My passion for philosophy, spirituality, and personal enlightenment over the years naturally led me to the path of yoga when I was seventeen years old. In 2015 I was in college studying education, art, and religion when I knew it was time to leave it all behind and follow my heart, devoting my life to yoga and its teachings. Today I continue to teach both locally and internationally, connecting and sharing the power of yoga with students of all kinds from all walks of life.

Hi friends! I'm Kelley, the founder of Flowstate Bodywork and Breathwork. As a certified SomatIQ breathwork facilitator and a licensed massage therapist, I have been privileged to witness life-changing transformations in my clients for over 5 years. Having my own background with complex post-traumatic stress disorder, I turned to breathwork when traditional therapy reached its limits. Through this practice I found deep healing, greatly dissipated my CPTSD symptoms, and discovered an entirely new way of relating to the world. Breathwork supports you by regulating your nervous system and fostering new neural pathways in your brain; whether you find yourself navigating trauma, suffering from chronic stress, seeking personal growth, or looking for clarity, this practice will meet you where you are. My own first experience with breathwork was also on a retreat, and that transformative week inspired lasting change in my life that I still build upon today. It is my honor to now share this powerful practice to help you elevate your own journey.

Escape from the daily grind and dive into a beautifully curated week of practice and play in Sintra, Portugal led by international yoga teacher Dev Watson and founder of Flowstate Body & Breath Work, Kelley Johnson! Surrounded by Portuguese gardens and caressed by the ocean breeze, you'll be able to settle into a rhythm of both deep practice and restorative rest as we move through this transformative week together. Each day is built around various yoga and breathwork sessions that will guide us inwards on our healing journey, complemented by exciting excursions like a catamaran cruise and day on the beach to allow time for fun and reflection. We will be nourished by three delicious meals daily with options for vegetarian and pescatrian diets. This retreat is made extra special as it is fueled by the passion of not only the individual expertise of each leader, but the shared 15 years of sisterhood and deep healing connection between them. Cancellation policy

TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until May 16, 2024. If the departure is canceled out of your control, you will be alerted by this date and will receive a full refund.

In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.

Arrival in Portugal

Your transformative journey begins as you arrive at Lisbon airport and are warmly welcomed by the calming atmosphere of Portugal. You'll feel the wave of excitement as you meet your fellow travelers and embark on a group transfer to the serene Casa do Valle, your home for the next six days. Once we arrive you will settle into your accommodations and explore the lush property. The evening's welcome dinner, surrounded by the beauty of Sintra, sets the stage for the healing and growth that awaits.

Day 2 · July 23, 2024

Energize the soul with a morning of practice followed by a catamaran cruise

Awaken your spirit with a morning yoga and breathwork session, charging your energy for the day ahead. After nourishing your body with a wholesome breakfast, you'll have some free time to explore or simply relax, feeling at ease as you soak up the tranquil surroundings. The day continues with a breathtaking private catamaran excursion sailing the waters of Portugal. Taking some time to simply enjoy the feeling of exploring and being alive! The waters of Portugal offer some truly stunning views. After our cruise we return to the property for dinner and a night of restorative rest.

Day 3 · July 24, 2024

Beach bliss: yoga, sun, and sea in Sintra

Greet the day with an empowering morning yoga session followed by a tasty breakfast. Then we're off for an adventure as we head to the beach! This is the day we reconnect to the carefree nature of childhood, swimming in the sea, walking the coastline, and soaking up the sun without a care in the world. As the sun sets, we go for dinner at a beachfront restaurant that will provide a perfect opportunity for connecting with one another and celebrating life.

Day 4 · July 25, 2024

Practice and reflection

Start your day with a grounding meditation and breathwork session, centering your energy for the day to come. After breakfast, enjoy some free time for introspection and rest. In the afternoon, we will embark on a powerful trauma release breathwork journey led by Kelley followed by free time to process your practice however you choose. Once the evening arrives Dev invites you into ease with yin yoga session, cocooning us in loving support with the offering of hands on assists. As always, we will come together for dinner as the sun begins to set, painting the property in vibrant light. Closing out this life changing day with a special yogi movie night, connecting and unwinding together.

Day 5 · July 26, 2024

Spend time in nature, celebrating your final full day in Portugal

Wake up to a beautiful, gentle morning here in Sintra. It's our last full day, and as always, we will begin with morning yoga, giving you a chance to nurture yourself in mind, body, and spirit. Followed by breakfast and free time to relax and enjoy the property. In the afternoon, we will take some time to appreciate the landscapes of Sintra with a wine and hiking excursion (non-alcoholic options available)! Sintra is known as the smallest wine region of Portugal, with very old traditions of winemaking and exquisite grapes! Its wines recently got a lot of attention as Gordon Ramsey in his Uncharted program called our wines 'The Best Kept Secret of Portugal'. Our gentle hike will take us from the westernmost point of continental Europe to the vineyard, the perfect way to say goodbye to Portugal. Returning to Casa do Valle, we will have one last dinner together, reminiscing on the memories we have made and the experiences we have shared.

Bid farewell to Sintra

On day 6, we enjoy one last morning practice together, celebrating how you have grown, healed, and transformed throughout this journey. After breakfast, it will be time to bid farewell as you depart, taking with you all the inspiration and clarity we gained in our time here, along with international friendships that will last a lifetime. A group transfer to the airport ensures a smooth transition for your travels. Until we meet again!

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?

Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed.
