Collette OM has been teaching yoga and guiding meditation classes since 2010 and has facilitated over 20 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings throughout the United States. Collette is a 500hr E-RYT certified yoga instructor and has a Masters Degree in Curriculum Design; her classes follow an intentional arc and include intelligent sequencing to safely move the body while inviting personal inner discovery and connection. She strives to provide instruction that is accessible for newer students while still offering opportunities for deeper challenges for the more seasoned practitioners.

Adam is a 500hr+ ERYT, Sound Healer, and Meditation Teacher. Adam has been practicing + facilitating for over 10 years and recently moved to Bali, Indonesia. Adam’s hope is to use these modalities to help others mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

-After a day of free time and relaxation, ease into the evening with a calming yin yoga session. This practice will help release tension and promote deep relaxation.
-The night concludes with a delightful community dinner where we come together to share our experiences, thoughts, and laughter over good food and lovely company.
