TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until May 7, 2024. If the departure is canceled out of your control, you will be alerted by this date and will receive a full refund.
In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.
Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refunds for fully-paid trips

Trip cancellation due to COVID-19
A full credit will be issued if the tour is canceled when there is full border closure due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. This credit can go towards booking a future TourHero tour. Welcome to paradise – your transformation starts now
Welcome to beautiful Portugal – the stunning backdrop of your wellness retreat. Upon arrival at Faro Airport, the group will be greeted and provided with a transfer directly to Casa Conmigo. Check in and enjoy some time to relax at this picturesque location.
To officially kick off the retreat, a welcome dinner will be held, offering an opportunity for all participants to meet, mingle, and set the tone for the enriching experiences ahead. Let the rest go and focus on you – it’s time to come home to the self.
Day 2 · August 6, 2024
Sink into your heart through yoga, nature walks, delicious fare, and more
Rise and shine with a rejuvenating morning yoga session, setting a peaceful tone for the day ahead. Following our practice, embark on a guided walk, an opportunity to connect with the natural beauty of the surroundings. After returning to the property, a delicious breakfast awaits, providing a moment of communal gathering and nourishment. The morning's activities will then give way to a period of free time, allowing you to explore, reflect, or simply relax.
A wholesome lunch will be served each afternoon, after which another span of free time is scheduled, offering further opportunity for personal exploration or relaxation. Hang by the pool, book a holistic treatment, or unwind in the Jacuzzi.
The early evenings call us together for daily workshops to nurture our journey inward, followed by visits to the Swedish Sauna, an ideal setting for relaxation and detoxification. Our evenings will conclude with dinner, providing a space for connection and reflection on the day's experiences, all within the supportive and serene environment of Portugal.

Casa Conmigo, situated 5 kilometers from the Algarve coast, and 60 kilometers from Faro airport, offers a tranquil sanctuary within easy reach of Alvor, Lagos, Silves, and Carvoeiro. This boutique hotel, with its 10 well-appointed rooms comprising 7 doubles and 3 singles, all featuring private bathrooms, heating, and air conditioning or fans, ensures personalized care and comfort. Guests are welcomed into a homely atmosphere, emphasized by a range of amenities including a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Finnish and infrared saunas, massage houses, and a yoga dome for various activities. What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Will TourHero or the operator take care of my visa (if applicable)?
Travelers are responsible for researching visa requirements and obtaining a visa if needed. Please check government websites to ensure you have the necessary documents, along with passport requirements, before your departure date. This includes necessary transit visas, permits, and vaccinations required prior to travel and any required reciprocity fees for the destination. TourHero will provide a booking confirmation document after purchase, which may be needed to obtain a visa.
If your visa is denied for any reason, TourHero will issue a refund based on the cancellation policy. However, we are unable to provide a refund after the cancellation due date has passed.

A full and valid passport is required for all persons traveling to any destination outside of one’s home country. Most international tours require a passport that's valid for at least six (6) months beyond the scheduled end of your itinerary.
