Day 1
Samadhi overview and daily schedule
The Samadhi retreat is nestled in the Sacred Valley of Peru between glorious mountains and ancient culture. It’s here that we’ll embark on an inner and outer journey of the soul.
The property was designed with the chakras in mind, wrapping you in its spaces, colors, textures, flavors, and art adapted for the energy that’s central to know and explore your essence.
Each day, enjoy various yoga and wellness sessions, excursions to sacred sites, and free time for reflection, along with organic and nutritious dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, prepared by gastronomic artists-chefs. Here, you can focus on your health, wellness, and energetic alignment at all hours of the day with like-minded people who are ready to level up to a higher self.
Morning schedule — breathe, move, and fuel
Awake each day in the beauty of the Sacred Valley with a yoga and meditation session, focused on aligning the mind, body, and soul. After a sumptuous breakfast of organic vegetarian/vegan fare, we’ll have free time to enjoy the property and various offerings at the retreat before a lunch filled with superfoods to boost our immune system.
Afternoon schedule — explore the beauty of the Sacred Valley with trips to Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain
Our afternoons will be filled with adventure, offering us half-day excursions to places like Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain, and other notable sites around the area. These trips offer us insight into the divinity of the land, honoring the Incas and other groups that came before us here today, so we can better connect with ourselves and the universe.
Evening schedule — wind down each night with dinner and evening yoga/meditation
After a day of connection and exploration, we’ll enjoy a delicious meal at the retreat and wind down with a nightly session of yoga and meditation. It’s here we can give thanks for a splendid day and manifest our desired futures.

The word ‘samadhi’ means a union with the divine, and that’s exactly what you’ll find at this Sacred Valley Retreat. Tucked away in the valley itself, surrounded by majestic mountains, Samadhi offers cozy bungalow lodging, yoga retreats, and organic vegetarian/vegan cuisine to help cultivate conscious eating habits. Each bungalow represents one of the seven chakra energy centers in the body, providing all guests with a balanced atmosphere and the modern amenities you crave away from home. In the main lodge, you’ll find a living room and dining area, along with a yoga studio on the top floor with glass windows overlooking the lush valley.
