Cancellation policy

TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until July 2, 2023. If the departure is cancelled out of your control, you will be alerted by July 2, 2023 and will receive a full refund.

In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.

Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.

Refunds for fully-paid trips
You may change or cancel your trip up until July 2, 2023 for a refund, minus the deposit amount. After this time, no refunds will be issued.

Trip cancellation due to COVID-19

Welcome to Marrakech – enjoy a free night to explore the resort and this vibrant city

Morocco welcomes you with open arms in the bustling city of Marrakech – the heart and soul of the country. This area is home to energetic markets, chic palaces, gorgeous mosques, and lush gardens. From the souks to the desert, this place has it all! Our transfer will take us to our accommodations. Once settled, you're welcome to begin exploring the medina during free time. You can wander through the winding streets at your own pace or simply hang back at the lush property and soak in some sun by the pool. You can head into the medina and experience the energy of the souks or hang back at the resort. The choice is yours! We will come together in the evening for welcome games, meet & greet and a wonderful welcome dinner at La Cours de Lions.

Day 2

Explore the medina with a private guide

Rise and shine to our first full day in Marrakech! We have so many wonderful things in store today. We’ll start with a delicious breakfast spread before a workshop with G. From here, we’ll make our way into the medina with a local guide who will help us explore the spice markets, souks, handicraft workshops, and the Secret Garden hidden among it all. While this lunch is not included, we can still eat together as a group in the medina. Terrace de Epices in the heart of the area has been recommended.

Enjoy free time in the medina before an elevated dinner at L’Asiatique par Jean-Georges

After lunch, you’ll have ample free time to explore the medina at your own pace, do some souvenir shopping, and relax at the posh resort. When the sun sets, we’ll get dressed up and meet as a group for an exquisite meal at La Mamounia. L’Asiatique is an original creation by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten that sends guests on a culinary journey from southeast Asia to the farthest reaches of Japan. Here, we will indulge in comforting curries, finely sliced crunchy vegetables and first-class sushi, along with an array of exquisite dishes and specials that are said to leave you speechless.

Day 3

Spend the day in the Agafay Desert and experience a photoshoot, lunch, and a camel ride!

Wake up to another beautiful day in Morocco! The adventure begins as we head out to the Agafay Desert, a stone desert just outside of Marrakech. We’ll spend our day at The White Camel Lodge – a luxe campground with elevated food and activities of all kinds. Here, we’ll enjoy a ‘flying dress’ photoshoot at the pool. We’ll feel like celebs after this magical experience! We’ll break for lunch at Singita, the camp’s restaurant, where we can refuel for more desert fun. We’ll close out this unique experience with a camel trek across the sandy, rocky lands and 1-hour ATV excursion before heading back to the city. Upon returning to the resort, you’ll have some time to rest before heading to a delectable local meal in town with live music! Afterwards, we'll wind down from a great day and prepare for the next.

Day 4

Explore the beautiful Majorelle gardens before a massage and hammam experience

After a delightful breakfast at the hotel, we’ll head out to explore the stunning Majorelle garden and Yves Saint Laurent Museum. After pictures and a break for lunch, enjoy a traditional hammam experience and massage to release any tension and stress. Eventually, we’ll head back to the hotel where you’ll have some free time before we eat dinner on the grounds. Soak in all the amazing experiences of the day and share your gratitude during our group meal.

Day 5

After our sessions with G., revel in some free time before a farewell dinner in the mountains

It’s our last full day in Morocco, and that means we have to make it count! After breakfast and our sessions with G., we’ll have free time until the farewell dinner. But this dinner is unlike the rest, as we're traveling into the Atlas Mountains for our meal! Breathe in that mountain air and reconnect your heart and soul to nature’s magic. This is the time to start saying your goodbyes and gratitude for an incredible week in Morocco!

Day 6

Say goodbye to the markets, mountains, and majesty of Morocco

Wake up to one final morning in bustling Marrakech. Unfortunately, once we finish our breakfast, we’ll have to pack up and head to the airport to catch our flights. We'll take our transfer from the hotel, scrolling through our camera rolls filled with memories. I hope you've had an amazing and transformative experience and are feeling rested and ready to attack your goals and dreams when you return home. Have a great flight and get ready for our next adventure!
