Cancellation policy
TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until December 22, 2022. If the departure is cancelled out of your control, you will be alerted by December 22, 2022 and will receive a full refund.
In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.
Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refunds for fully-paid trips
If you cancel your trip after making the full payment, you may change or cancel your trip up until January 21, 2023 for a refund, excluding the deposit amount. After that time, no refunds will be issued.
Trip cancellation due to COVID-19
A full credit will be issued if the tour is canceled when there is full border closure due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Day 1
Retreat overview and daily schedule
Welcome to Tulum, Mexico! You’re set for 5 days of pure relaxation in the form of healthy food, yoga sessions, and long hours spent on the beach. With nothing to do but focus on your own wellness in a magical location, you’ll be able to find your center and let go of the stresses that have been holding you back.
Each day begins with a morning yoga practice. As the sun rises over the sea, you’ll stretch out your body and energize yourself for the day ahead. It’s then off to breakfast, your first meal of the day prepared with a focus on fresh, wholesome ingredients.
Following this, your day will be free until the evening. Take a surf lesson on Tulum’s peaceful waves, explore some nearby ruins, or simply sit back and sink into the luxurious feeling of peace that’s found on the coast. As the day sinks into night, go to a final yoga session, eat some dinner, and climb into bed for a night of perfect rest.
