TourHero, the retreat host, and the tour operator reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this trip up until February 18, 2023. If the departure is canceled out of your control, you will be alerted by February 18, 2023 and will receive a full refund.
In this case, TourHero is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights/accommodations in case of cancellation.
Refunds for deposits
We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
Refunds for fully-paid trips
If you cancel your trip after making the full payment, you may change or cancel your trip by March 10, 2023 for a refund, excluding the deposit. After this date, no refunds will be given.
Trip cancellation due to COVID-19

Over the next few days, you'll have ample opportunity to recharge your mind, body, and soul in the heart of paradise. Upon arriving at Cancun Airport, catch your transfer to Playa del Carmen, where you'll be spending your nights at a beautiful rustic-chic resort nestled right on the beach. Once you’re all settled in, you have the remainder of the day to unwind and relax after your day of travel. Mingle with your new companions and get to know each other — celebrate the start of a wonderful wellness escape!
Day 2
Relax, reset, and rejuvenate with a free day of leisure
Rise and shine — we hope you had a restful sleep last night. Today, it's all about immersing yourself in the beautiful vibes of the Riviera Maya. After a hearty breakfast at the resort, enjoy relaxation bliss on this free-and-easy day that will allow you to enjoy Playa del Carmen's offerings at your own pace. Refresh your mind and body with a swim, soak yourself in the tranquility of the ocean waves, bring warmth and gladness to your skin with a sunbathing session, or meditate by the poolside. In this little slice of paradise, reward your heart and soul!
Day 3
Discover the mystery and magic of the Coba Ruins and head to the shores of beautiful Tulum on a full-day private excursion
Good morning! Enjoy a delicious energy-boosting breakfast today in preparation for a full-day excursion that will see us diving deep into some of the best Yucatán hotspots. On this tour, we'll embark on an insightful journey to an ancient Mayan archaeological site — the Coba Ruins — which are set in the jungle. This site boasts the tallest pyramid in the Yucatán Peninsula, and many visitors make the pilgrimage to explore this incredible marvel. We'll then make our way to the small beach town of Tulum, which has long beckoned travelers with its gleaming sapphire waters, balmy breezes, and powder-soft sands.
After our tour, we'll return to the resort where we'll enjoy a restful evening following this wonderful full-day adventure!
Day 4
Swim the pristine waters of the Barrier Reef and Aktun Ha Cenote on a private snorkeling tour
Awaken to yet another beautiful day in Playa del Carmen, one that begins with a delicious breakfast at the resort. Today, we'll embark on a refreshing snorkeling tour! With our private guide, we'll head off the coast of the Yucatán for a dip in the sea, where the rich waters surrounding the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef await us. We'll snorkel these sparkling waters in the hopes of spotting many sea creatures. Our tour also takes us to the Aktun Ha Cenote, its calm waters making it a beautiful place for swimming and snorkeling. This is the perfect place to reconnect with Mother Nature and discover her hidden wonders.
Day 5
Embrace harmony and balance on a reflective cenote sound journey
After breakfast this morning, a very special activity awaits all of us. We'll embark on a half-day private excursion to a cenote for an invigorating sound journey. As we ground ourselves in the presence of the sacred cenote, we'll redirect our inner selves to embrace the harmony of water, nature, and our surroundings and refocus our minds on the purity of the resonating vibrations in the air. After this mesmerizing activity, you will feel healed and rejuvenated.
Day 6
Dedicate your final full day in Mexico to relaxation and exploration
Today is your last full day in Playa del Carmen, so make the most of it! Relish in a lovely breakfast before making full use of your free day to enjoy leisurely moments in the sun. Whether you choose to relax on the sandy beaches, immerse yourself in contemplative meditation, or venture out to explore some of the region's best attractions, make it worth your while. As the evening arrives, enjoy a rewarding sunset and close out the day with warm and heartfelt conversations with your fellow retreat companions!
Day 7
It’s time to bid our beachfront sanctuary goodbye and head home
We've come to the final day of this beautiful retreat in Playa del Carmen — we hope you have had a wonderful journey reconnecting with yourself and discovering the secrets of Mother Nature and the ancients. After one last breakfast this morning, it’s time to leave the resort behind and depart for Cancun Airport. We hope to see you again — travel safe!
